Took a long time and they even forgot some of my drinks. Terrible service and attitude, they don’t know how to make things right. I ordered a matcha latte, and it tasted like plain milk. I asked them to remake it, but the second one was even worse than the first.

i ordered light ice for my drink, and i kid you not, the cup was filled TO THE BRIM with ice. I DID NOT ORDER A CUP FILLED WITH ICE!!!! absurd. absolutely absurd. i mean, can these workers even read the cup??? next time this happens i will be speaking up for myself.

I spent a couple hours here the other morning and was blown away by how some of the staff are treated. I saw a barista crying on the floor. The baristas seemed like they were doing their best. Morale just seems real low, things seemed tense. I remember when baristas joking around and lightening the store was common, and it seemed absent today.

it’s my birthday, the app offered no reward to start. I placed my order well before I even left my house and when I came not only was it not ready, it was wrong, it was undrinkable. Staff was mediocre at best they weren’t mean but definitely wouldn’t call them welcoming or kind. I work fast food and understand high stress environments, but there’s no need to rush us customers out like hogs. Customers will wait for good product.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Tony! He is the best Starbucks employee I have ever met. He always greets me with a smile and has a great attitude while working. Every time I have gone there he has made my orders so fast and efficient. Thank you Tony for always making my day!

Disappointing Service with a Side of Attitude

I’ve visited Starbucks #00247 multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but the service here consistently falls short. The staff’s condescending behavior is impossible to ignore. Every simple request—like asking for a straw or a new lid—is met with an eye-roll or a splash of attitude that makes you feel like an inconvenience. The drinks are standard, but the sour interactions leave a bad taste that overshadows the coffee. I’m done coming to this location—too busy or not, the rudeness isn’t worth it. I’d rather drive a few extra miles to another Starbucks than deal with this again. Save yourself the frustration and skip this one.

I mobile ordered food and drinks from here for my coworker to pick up on her way to work. She arrived just a few minutes later to pick it up, and the girl at the window told her, “Next time, give us more time. You just placed this order.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

As a Starbucks partner myself, I know mobile orders can be picked up at any time, and it’s our job to accommodate that. If needed, force print the sticker—it’s not that serious. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the brand and creates a bad experience over something that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place.

Wow this Starbucks has a low overall 3.8 rating and I'll share my terrible experience at this location. Most of the drive-thru girls are rude, nasty and unfriendly with the EXCEPTION of Chris who goes above and beyond each and every time but I no longer see her when I visit. Twice at this location 2 very separate rude and combatative girls ruined my morning because my drink was made incorrectly and I politely asked them to fix it only for them to snap back and begrudgingly do it. Starbucks charges folks an arm and a leg for their drinks and now when they're inaccurate and not to your liking they give you a bad attitude about fixing it?
Yesterday's experience at this location caused me to call Starbucks customer service to ask them to give me back the $100 on my Gold Card because I was DONE with Starbucks. Most of the newer Starbucks employees SUCK both making drinks and have no business serving customers! STARBUCKS train your employees because without customers there will be no more Starbucks.
