Slowest and rudest service I have ever experienced. I ordered ahead about 20 minutes earlier before arriving to the store. I asked if my drink was in the drive thru section, because I accidentally pressed that on the app. One of the workers snapped her fingers and told me, “there’s everyone else here waiting. How about you wait?” I was being incredibly polite and her behavior was unacceptable.

I went here for my husband's birthday and gave them the code for the free drink. But they told us they were unavailable to give us the drink and was rude towards us, not even saying sorry and walked away. We got the drink last year and we would understand if the app was not working but while we were talking the worker walked away, ignoring what we are saying.The service is poor here and does not know how to treat a customer.

Absolutely terrible location. Waited over 10 minutes for a mobile order, they were very rude when I asked about it. Ended up canceling the order, no apology just rudeness from each employee.

Go elsewhere or a different Starbucks location nearby. The manager here has no clue how the refill policy works and just wants to pick fights and it's up to the customer to educate her on their own company policy after a completely unnecessary debate.

Friendly staff as always never had issues at this Starbucks to stop by to grab coffee or to work remotely here.

This is hands down the most inconsistent and unreliable Starbucks in the area. Over half the times I go, the drive-thru is closed or my drinks seem like they’re haphazardly made. I always end up driving to the one on Willow and Sanders instead.

The most degenerate Starbucks store I have ever seen or been to. The store closes at 2:00pm now. Not pleasant attitudes from many employees. Or some of the store’s employees decide to go on strike for no apparent reason. Management, please address these issues!

I ordered first a frozen drink and then the people behind me ordered next and they seem to know the workers or be friends with them.The workers made their frozen drinks first and then they made mine.I assumed that was because the people behind me also work at this Starbucks, but I don't know.I didnt have to wait that much longer but, that wasn't cool.

I have never seen the actual (not a franchise) Starbucks that closes at 5pm. That’s terrible. I think pretty soon this world will have nothing but drones and walking robots , with people increasingly becoming confined to nothing but their screens and/or homes. 5pm!?
