We'll, it's definitely not the steak and shake you went to twenty years ago. There are no more servers. You order and pay at a kiosk and pick up your food when they call your number. Shakes are still good, but I wonder how long they'll be around for. The place itself is very dated.

They keep raising prices but dont update the drive through menu. No receipt given. I had to double check on the app the make sure I wasnt overcharged. Poor service.

Try to maintain clean but not easy. To get cup you need to use bar code. They try to minimize labor ,it looks no human contact. Not easy to figure out menu for a new customer. Only on kiosco.

The food and milkshakes consistently taste great and look picture perfect every time I've been there. Really good deal when they throw in free milkshakes once in a while with the app.

Service is horrible. I asked for a small shake, which has now changed to a ridiculously small “ kid’s” shake (about 3 sips!). I complained about the incredibly small size for almost $7.00! because I was charged without being informed of the size change. I did not want it, but she would not refund my money. I will never go there again. Shakes are so expensive now.
