This is the best subway in the Chicago area. Komal made 3 awesome sandwiches just before close, ended up not getting done til well after 9. It’s definitely worth the drive even if there are other closer subways.

This is a horrible subway. I ordered a 6 inch sandwich. I was clear when I ordered it. They charged me for a 12 inch. I started walking out of the store, came back and notified them of their mistake. They charged me for the 6 inch, but it was not the price on the menu. It was higher. They said, it was likely that the prices changed overnight and it was an honest mistake. I called my credit card company a week later and not only was I not charged the 6 inch price on the menu which was about $1 higher than the price they charged but I was charged $8 which was even more than the fake price they said was because the prices changed overnight. They are not honest. I will never eat there again, but I will go back to see if they will give me a refund for the difference that they screwed me out of. This was a bad experience because they charged me double, then charged me a higher price than the menu price when they "fixed it", then they argued with me about how it was an "honest mistake" because the price probably changed overnight, then when I reviewed my bill a week later, they charged me $8 for a 6 inch sub when it should have been closer to $6 based on the menu price. I've never felt more scammed at a Subway before in my life.

I’ve been eating Subway on/off for 25 years and this is probably the best Subway establishment I can remember going to. Restaurant seems very clean and ingredients are fresh. There is a young man working during the day named Tiger who makes perfect sandwiches with care and great distribution of toppings/ingredients. Shout out to Tiger. I’ve been here a few times now and its consistently top notch (for Subway).

Called to check if they have Veggie Patty. Dan picked up the call and confirmed yes. Later, I asked if you accept coupons I have. He asked if digital, and I replied NO paper with the bar code. He said yes, I placed an order over the phone. Dan was so professional while taking order, and I can see his enthusiasm in his tone. I requested my coworker to pick. He told me that he visited many Subway so far, this one is best with everything fresh, and also, the staff is super awesome

I usually never leave reviews but this time I needed to be heard. Let me start by saying when I called in the morning of Christmas Eve, the lady who answered didn't want to take my order and told me to call back in 5 minutes. I called multiple times and nobody answered so I picked up my work phone and called to order a Christmas lunch for me and 6 of my staff members. She finally answered and took my order but never gave me the price and decided to charge my card almost $400 for subway sandwiches, without even asking for my id. I send one of my employees to pick up the food and she was confused about how much food they gave her. Once I looked at the receipt I realized they messed up so I called and told them I was taking everything back and only paying for the one platter I ordered. When I sent my employee back they were giving her a hard time so she called me. The guy who got on the phone was trying to not pay me my money back and we had so much back and forth going on so I ended up hanging up on him to call my bank and dispute everything. He decided to call me back and told me he voided the transaction but he also gave himself a $10 tip without my permission. Never in my life have I encountered a situation where the restaurant charged me 10x of what I ordered and tried to fight me with my money. This location needs work on customer service
