I’ve been eating Subway on/off for 25 years and this is probably the best Subway establishment I can remember going to. Restaurant seems very clean and ingredients are fresh. There is a young man working during the day named Tiger who makes perfect sandwiches with care and great distribution of toppings/ingredients. Shout out to Tiger. I’ve been here a few times now and its consistently top notch (for Subway).

Called to check if they have Veggie Patty. Dan picked up the call and confirmed yes. Later, I asked if you accept coupons I have. He asked if digital, and I replied NO paper with the bar code. He said yes, I placed an order over the phone. Dan was so professional while taking order, and I can see his enthusiasm in his tone. I requested my coworker to pick. He told me that he visited many Subway so far, this one is best with everything fresh, and also, the staff is super awesome

I usually never leave reviews but this time I needed to be heard. Let me start by saying when I called in the morning of Christmas Eve, the lady who answered didn't want to take my order and told me to call back in 5 minutes. I called multiple times and nobody answered so I picked up my work phone and called to order a Christmas lunch for me and 6 of my staff members. She finally answered and took my order but never gave me the price and decided to charge my card almost $400 for subway sandwiches, without even asking for my id. I send one of my employees to pick up the food and she was confused about how much food they gave her. Once I looked at the receipt I realized they messed up so I called and told them I was taking everything back and only paying for the one platter I ordered. When I sent my employee back they were giving her a hard time so she called me. The guy who got on the phone was trying to not pay me my money back and we had so much back and forth going on so I ended up hanging up on him to call my bank and dispute everything. He decided to call me back and told me he voided the transaction but he also gave himself a $10 tip without my permission. Never in my life have I encountered a situation where the restaurant charged me 10x of what I ordered and tried to fight me with my money. This location needs work on customer service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT visit this location. One of the workers, Yasmin, went straight from washing the floors to serving food without washing her hands. She put gloves on and didn't wash her hands. I asked her to wash her hands first before serving me and she refused saying the gloves are sanitary. I said I'll just contact the manager which she then proceeded to tell me there is no manager (I find that hard to believe.) She called me a B**** for calling her out. The other employee asked if she washed her hands and she ignored as well. I asked for corporate information and she's like they aren't going to do anything but call the store. Another customer was in front of me and said the same thing to the lady as well. Yasmin started swearing at me because I mentioned I was going to call the county health department for her being unsanitary and corporate. I asked for corporate information and the store number from the other employee, Uma who was nice. The rude one kept intercepting after I asked her to not to speak to me. I will be filing a corporate complaint. It's pathetic that this is what customer service has become.
