The manager at this location is very rude!!! She is rude and so unprofessional to the customers and her employees. The other (female) employee is very nice and professional. I ask for her to attend me because she is very attentive and polite with all the customers. The franchise owner of this location should witness this manager’s unprofessionalism. They need a new manager that truly cares about customer service and it’s employees!!!

Ordered two sandwiches and both were not even close to the toppings requested. Very minimal toppings provided and both sandwiches were missing toppings that I requested completely. Be careful if you order with the app, I recommend ordering in person and supervise them closely while they make it.

Ordered a pizza from place in the same complex, showed up and no one was there at the pizza place, so I walked into Subway to see if they knew what was going on (and maybe just buy a sub instead) but the short lady was so rude, not only did I not buy anything, I felt the need to leave this review to warn the community.

The worst subway location I’ve ever been.The owner tells the employee to put very little ingredients and make her take out some of the ingredients from the sandwich she was making in front of the customer and their ingredients were all dried up especially cucumbers. he didn’t care about the customers but he’s ingredients.Please don’t waste your hard earned money here, there are so many subway stores near there.
