I use the drive through February 7th at around two thirty in the afternoon. The person who took my order was rude abrasive and didn't want to answer my question about the happy hour drink special. She didn't ask if I wanted any sauce and when I asked for some fire sauce, I definitely got attitude. The food was fine but as I drove away I realized I was overcharged. I called corporate and then received a call from a person who said he was the manager. He said he already talked to the employee without speaking to me of course and offered me a free burrito. I thanked him anyways and said good bye. This review is worth way more than his burrito. Cheers

I had an awful experience at this Taco Bell location. My order was wrong multiple times, and despite specifically asking for no meat, they still added it to my food. When I brought the issue up, the manager was unhelpful and gave me attitude. I even asked for her name, and she just walked away and disappeared into the back. Corporate really needs to address the poor service at this location—it’s completely unacceptable.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Taco Bell. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she refused to give it, acting like it was too much of a bother. To make matters worse, after a minor issue with my order, I saw her angrily spit in my food before handing it over. This is completely unacceptable, and I’m shocked that someone in a position of authority would behave in such a disgusting and unprofessional manner. I will never be returning to this location again, and I highly suggest others avoid it too. The staff should be held accountable for their actions, and this manager’s behavior is beyond reproach.

Had to wait 20 min, food was cold, and no taco sauces as requested.
Corporate or a regional manager need to investigate this place. After ordering food in the drive thru I was told to park and wait for them to bring it out. After waiting about half an hour I go and ask if my order is still coming and this girl says just a few minutes. For the next thirty minutes she continues to do this and then tries to hand me someone else’s order. Then she locks herself out of the store by accident… Ten minutes pass and then she tries to hand me another persons order again. By this time an hour has already passed and when I come to the window the girl motions “just one moment” and then disappears. I talk to the other staff and they say they never even saw my order in the system. About 5 other cars that had paid for their food were waiting like me but gave up and left too.

I went in this morning to get the breakfast crunch wrap and they have a new way to order you food. You order your own food fine. My co worker ordered food as well but had to pay cash, waited 15 min for someone to help him so he could pay cash, and then left. I had already paid for my food so I couldn’t leave or I probably would have. I got the sausage breakfast crunch wrap and there was hair in it ?? this T-bell seems very unorganized and unsanitary. Go to a different T-bell

This is my favorite location, management is super friendly and helpful! They will learn your name if you’re a regular which is a very nice touch for a fast food location and they always have my food ready!
