Terrible service. It's almost like the employees don't want any people's business as you're an inconvenience. They are rude and always tried to force people to use the self kiosk. I often hear other customers agitation as well. Sometimes the dining room is closed during lunch and they don't say why. This is the closest T Bell to me but I go further 8840 Waukegan because they treat me at least average. Don't give your business to this location.

I’m honestly disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru. My wife and I had a simple question about an item on the menu, but before we could even finish asking, the gentleman cut us off and said, “Everything you want is on the menu,” in a dry and dismissive tone. While the food quality was great, the customer service was lacking. Even when it came time to pay with Apple Pay, he didn’t bother handing the machine out—I had to reach for it myself. It felt rude and unprofessional.

We went through the drive through and immediately had issues ordering. They couldn't understand what we were saying and had to repeat multiple times. We asked for a mango peach refresca and he tried to give us a mango tea. We clarified what we wanted and he started arguing with us. Also we're not given a receipt, so we cannot check what he put on. Will be watching our statements closely.

Worst place to eat, lady at front desk, She was yelling customers employees and then we ask her for taking order and she say use the self service machine yelling every one. This is disrespectful. I hope the corporation read this and step on and fired the lady. 🤢🤢

I use the drive through February 7th at around two thirty in the afternoon. The person who took my order was rude abrasive and didn't want to answer my question about the happy hour drink special. She didn't ask if I wanted any sauce and when I asked for some fire sauce, I definitely got attitude. The food was fine but as I drove away I realized I was overcharged. I called corporate and then received a call from a person who said he was the manager. He said he already talked to the employee without speaking to me of course and offered me a free burrito. I thanked him anyways and said good bye. This review is worth way more than his burrito. Cheers
