Very nice and authentic Thai food. Suggest take out. The food is well prepared and presented, though not always with the perfectly authentic ingredients (likely the result of what’s locally available). They can be very busy at peak times, so suggest ordering with some lead time.

There’s a Trader Joe’s Grocery right next door … order food, go shopping for your groceries, and take home a fresh Thai meal.

Very good food, reasonably priced, but the serving girl is horrible, I think if owner wants this business to grow better they should replace the waitresses.

Place is small but they still wanted to pack as many tables as they possibly could. Went in for egg rolls and got 4 small spring roll sized egg rolls. And this was after I debated about getting the spring rolls for just $1 more because you got 8 instead of 4. But the woman at the register told me the spring rolls were small so I went for the egg rolls.... Low and behold they're both the same size.

Horrible service and rude. Go to Thai inbox in Wilmette on Skokie Boulevard, Worth the extra drive.. The food is also 10 times better at the Wilmette location.

We had been coming here for years but never again!

We ordered four dishes for takeout and two of them were simply wrong. When we called to make it right, they told us it was our fault and HUNG UP! Unbelievable!

Look at the other reviews here and on Yelp. 35 1-star Yelp reviews can't be wrong. They don't care about their customers and it shows.

Two nights later, we drove up the road to North Point Chopsticks and had a FANTASTIC Thai meal! Best we've had in years! From now on, North Point Chopsticks is our place for Thai food.

Life is too short to waste money on bad food and rude service.

Good food and great service, plus they make a bunch of gluten-free dishes that my mother can eat even with Celiac (and she's never once gotten sick eating here. If you're gf, you know!) A family favorite is the beef salad, which can be made gf and is delectable! So grateful to have found third place!

Taste of the food was great.
Extremely tight on the amount of chicken in a red Thai curry, which sucks for a premium price.

Doubt I’d go back

This place is the real deal, not Americanized but authentic Thai.

The Kao Soy is sensational. Spicy, with crunchy noodles interspersed with traditional noodles.

Tom Yum Fried Rice is rare to find. The Tom yum paste usually burns out the rice. They do it to perfection here.

I’d give this place 10 out of 5… legit.

Went to Thai Inbox in Glenview to give it a try because I love Thai cuisine. I ordered the crab Rangoons as my appetizer which came out very quickly. The crab Rangoon tasted very liquidity and was piping hot which to me indicates they were over fried. For the main course I got pad se ew with chicken. The portion was pretty small and the chicken was very dry and just the whole dish tasted very bland. Server seemed to rush me in ordering. I had just sat down and was asked if I was ready to order. Now keep in mind I haven’t even looked at the menu yet. Overall would not recommend.

Great Spiciness, but Pad Thai Could Use a Little More Flavor

This was my second visit to Thai Inbox in Glenview, and overall, it was a solid experience. This time around, I tried the Beef Salad, Pad Thai with chicken, and Spicy Chili Noodles with chicken. The Spicy Chili Noodles had a perfect level of heat without being overpowering, which I really appreciated.

Although I was hoping for a Papaya Salad, the Beef Salad turned out to be a great substitute—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The only downside was the Pad Thai, which lacked a bit of flavor, color, and spiciness compared to what I expected. It wasn’t bad, but could have used a bit more punch.

Overall, a solid spot, I’ll likely return again to try other menu items and continue exploring. Definitely a good spot for a Thai fix!

The food was awful! We ordered the Karaage Chicken bowl for my toddler, and it was way over-fried and dried out—we ended up throwing most of it away. The Panang curry was extremely salty and thick; I’ve never had Panang this bad. Lastly, the Pad Woon Sen was also overly salty and burnt, leaving it with a bitter taste. We eat Thai food regularly, and this was by far the worst meal we’ve had. I will not be returning and urge others to proceed with caution.
