Went to Thai Inbox in Glenview to give it a try because I love Thai cuisine. I ordered the crab Rangoons as my appetizer which came out very quickly. The crab Rangoon tasted very liquidity and was piping hot which to me indicates they were over fried. For the main course I got pad se ew with chicken. The portion was pretty small and the chicken was very dry and just the whole dish tasted very bland. Server seemed to rush me in ordering. I had just sat down and was asked if I was ready to order. Now keep in mind I haven’t even looked at the menu yet. Overall would not recommend.

Great Spiciness, but Pad Thai Could Use a Little More Flavor
This was my second visit to Thai Inbox in Glenview, and overall, it was a solid experience. This time around, I tried the Beef Salad, Pad Thai with chicken, and Spicy Chili Noodles with chicken. The Spicy Chili Noodles had a perfect level of heat without being overpowering, which I really appreciated.
Although I was hoping for a Papaya Salad, the Beef Salad turned out to be a great substitute—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The only downside was the Pad Thai, which lacked a bit of flavor, color, and spiciness compared to what I expected. It wasn’t bad, but could have used a bit more punch.
Overall, a solid spot, I’ll likely return again to try other menu items and continue exploring. Definitely a good spot for a Thai fix!

The food was awful! We ordered the Karaage Chicken bowl for my toddler, and it was way over-fried and dried out—we ended up throwing most of it away. The Panang curry was extremely salty and thick; I’ve never had Panang this bad. Lastly, the Pad Woon Sen was also overly salty and burnt, leaving it with a bitter taste. We eat Thai food regularly, and this was by far the worst meal we’ve had. I will not be returning and urge others to proceed with caution.

I recently visited Thai Inbox, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The place itself is small and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered the seaweed salad, drunken noodles, and pad kee mao, and all of the food was incredibly flavorful. What stood out the most was how vegetarian-friendly and accommodating they were, making it easy for us to enjoy the dishes just the way we like them.
We also got Thai iced tea, which was absolutely delicious and a perfect complement to the meal. The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
If you’re looking for authentic, tasty Thai food with great service, Thai Inbox is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Just ordered Inbox Kee Mao, half of the ingredients from the menu wasn't included in the dish. No basil, no green sprouts and what is most important no chilli. Dish was supposed to be spiced but it tasted dull

I am so confused and disappointed. I came in hungry and left hungry. I never knew that a Thai place could make Thai food taste horrible. The spring rolls were not made with rice paper. In fact it felt like I was eating something that had a consistency of tortillas. They also put cream cheese on this 'spring roll.' I ordered Pad Thai for dinner. I've had delicious Pad Thai before. This was absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was eating a plate full of sugar with noodles, peanuts, and chicken. I tried to cut the sugar with soy sauce, but even the soy sauce couldn't soy sauce. The amount of sugar in that plate was too much. Even for the soy sauce. The price was really expensive for the quality of food. Our waitress did not even acknowledge that the dinner tasted like pure sugar. Will not be coming back here again??

Pretty bummed. Picked up crazy noodles from here. The noodles are great, but they increased the price and it's easily half the size it used to be. The Wilmette Thai Inbox still has big portions.

Their posted hours say open until 9 pm on Saturday but when you call to place an order at 8:45, they tell you that the kitchen closes at 8:45. In that case, say you close at 8:45. What’s the point of a restaurant being open without the kitchen? They don’t have a bar or lounge.
