Thai Inbox is decent, but not amazing. The food has good flavor, but sometimes it feels a little rushed or uneven — one dish will be perfect, and the next just okay. The Pad Thai is solid, and portions are fair for the price, but the presentation and consistency could use some polish. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Overall, it’s an average experience — not bad for a quick Thai fix, but not quite memorable either.
We've had two great experiences, once for dine in and once for take out. Our food came out quickly and hot, and it all tasted great! We had tomyum soup, cashew fried chicken, pad prik with shrimp, and emerald treat. We even did the gluten free versions of everything but the tomyum soup (I'm gf and my husband is not, so the soup was for him). I'm confused by such mixed reviews on this place.
Very nice and authentic Thai food. Suggest take out. The food is well prepared and presented, though not always with the perfectly authentic ingredients (likely the result of what’s locally available). They can be very busy at peak times, so suggest ordering with some lead time.
