I have been a customer of this cake shop for more than a decade, and I have to say that the freshness of their cake is dropping. Some fruits on the cake are obviously stale fruits, which you can tell easily with naked eyes, especially the strawberries and grapes. And if you come here in the morning, the cakes they sell are actually overnight cakes, NOT freshly made. I came in to buy a green tea cake, and asked the store associate why the cake does not look fresh, the store associate was very honest about telling me the cake was made last evening and they just took it out from the fridge. I ended up getting a mango cake since the mango on the cake seems to be ok. Overall this place is still a good cake shop, it’s probably the cost is much higher now they can’t afford hiring people to come in at 6am to make fresh cakes anymore.
