I went into the store and asked the cashier to be patient as I had never been there. I then ordered a sandwich and before I was given my change back, I added a smoothie. A couple minutes later, I noticed the sign that said add a smoothie to any food for a discounted price. I asked the cashier why I couldn't have the promotion and he responded that I needed to add the smoothie immediately with the first order. I asked for a receipt, which he did not give me. He gave me the order slip which didnt have the store number to write a review. I called back and asked for the store number and Yule refused, saying that he wouldnt give me any information. Insult upon insult at this place. They are disrespectful! I will never come back.

Came here twice many years apart and both times the smoothies are just not good. It's like the gray mush krabby patty from that one episode of SpongeBob. No flavor just one weird icy base of ???? Water? Nut milk? And the fact there is only one size that no normal person can finish... so weird. Got a kids drink ( only 3 flavor options ) so the size was better but still couldn't finish because it's not good at all.

I've ordered the acai bowl a hundred times. It's suppose to come with fresh strawberries and blueberries... I got frozen strawberries and little to none granola. I was so disappointed I threw the bowl away.
Also when an item is substituted for something else honor that substitution.
This is the only location that isn't consistent.
