We celebrated Thanksgiving one day late. One of us had prime rib and fries; another had steak medallions with mushroom and cheese toppings, plus a wonderful roasted butternut squash. The third had a salad with shrimp topping. Food was really good. Service was on the nose. We were seated in a small ancillary room, which we loved because it was quieter than the main dining room.

Being fans of Wildfire, we assumed that they would be a great place for our party to enjoy dinner on Thanksgiving Thursday. Great steaks - great service - generous drinks. We were all set for a great holiday night... We were sadly disappointed. When making our reservation weeks ago, there was no mention that the only menu available would be prix fixe at $74.95. This was not a deal breaker but, we had our collective heart ready for a delicious Wildfire Filet which was shattered when we were seated. We had just started our salads when the main courses were dropped on our table. Service, which is always a highlight at this restaurant was truly subpar. Our server tried her best but there were way too many patrons for her to be great and personable. The young boys bussing and bringing out the courses seemed lost. Lesson of the day: stick to a normal night and Wildfire is an above average experience. It was sad that our experience was less than what we would have had on any old Thursday. We will avoid major holidays here going forward.

I can't say enough about my whole experience with the staff, accommodations and food!! I must have called 6 times changing the number of people and requesting a round table and they were so patient and accommodating. I'm sorry I don't remember the names I spoke with on the phone but they were wonderful. Our server Miguel was great, we wanted for nothing and the room we were in was outstanding. We all had an excellent time I could not have been happier!!

Went online at 6:30 and made a 7:00 reservation. We arrived on time the restaurant was very busy (which is a good thing) until the hostess had the nerve to try and seat us in the "Club Room". I am very familiar with this small dark room as I have been to showers in there. I immediately pushed back - why would we want to sit in a small dark room and be the only seated table in there? I can see that the dining room and bar were completely full so why would you continue to take Open Table reservations - turn off the Open Table if you are not going to have any tables. THIS WAS COMPLETELY INSULTING TO US TO EVEN SUGGEST PUTTING US IN THE CLUB ROOM!!!! Then she said she had another table by the kitchen which we gladly took and had a nice dinner. But like I said IT WAS COMPLETELY INSULTING AND RUDE TO US TO EVEN SUGGEST PUTTING US IN THE CLUB ROOM AND BE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE - I would rather stay home if that were the case. Keep in mind we are almost spending $200 to eat at Wildfire and ambiance is a BIG part of the attraction.

We had really great service on this visit. Food was also good. I do wish that the restaurant chain would discontinue its silly surcharge on each bill. It was OK during COVID but now feels like a rip off.

My NY strip, ordered MR+, was MR-, and a chewey effort to get through. I sent it back and waited 10 minutes picking at my dry baked potato, without enough butter or sour cream, and mediocre creamed spinach. Waiter was missing for 15 -20 minutes while our drinks went dry. I get better service at a diner.
A bit pricey but excellent food and service Try their house salad. Best I have ever tasted especially with chicken. Their mushroom side dish is fantastic. This has to end as my stomach is growling for their food

Be warned : Restaurant charges 3% restaurant surcharge !! What is this? I remember that this restaurant charged 5% during covid for cleaning tables but covid is over. Waiter didn't say a ward about. We found it on our bill when we came back home. Not cool Wildfire ! not cool - we won't come back
