Last Friday evening ( Oct 17, 2025 ) I came in with my 2 sons - we are regulars at the Glenview Yardhouse for years now - we are always treated so kindly , my sons and I Love The Atmosphere, The food is always just The Best - my sons are always asking me when are we driving back down to The Yardhouse in Glenview :)) The music selection is So Awesome also ! The server Matt took care of us last Friday and he was So Kind Always !!!!!!! My sons Love The Cheeseburgers and Hanging Bavarian Pretzels, the Calamari, the Mac and Cheese , the Orange chicken and Jasmine rice , the loaded pepperoni pizza and the desserts !!! We always leave with lots and lots of leftovers :))

Staff needs full training and an HR intervention. The petty and immature behavior is appalling. Supporting a business who behaves like they do enables the disrespect and dehumanization of others. Anyone who gets a laugh at someone else’s expense has low self esteem and needs professional help

The whiskey glazed salmon is amazing. I really enjoyed their lemoncello beer too.
Very good in house beers contracted through quality breweries. The Ahi salad was excellent. Music played was a mix of 70s / 80s pop rock.

Place just opened in Libertyville/Vernon Hills - very crowded on a Saturday night even past 7p 2 - 9oz house Chardonnay were $16.50 - - the wine my wife got is $20 at Mariano's A Tito's soda with extra shot was $17.99. A handle of Tito's is $30. So for 4 drinks we were charged $69 We go out a lot in the area and this was nuts. I haven't heard anything back from the venue in regards to the charges. I will update if I do.

Me and my wife come to Yardhouse a few times a week but recently the whole place went upside down. Low on staff and poor service. Looks like new management leading to this poor performance might damage great YardHouse brand. I tried to address the issues with the restaurant manager but they are not interested.
