We stopped in an hour before closing time, and we were the only ones there. When we asked if still open, the owner graciously insisted we stay despite us explaining that we understand staying open only for us is not necessary. The service was phenomenal - available and helpful with the menu and refills, and not at all pushy or insistent on hurrying. They were very accommodating of a friend's gluten dietary needs. All four of us throughly enjoyed the entrees (steak, tempura shrimp, seafood ravioli, and parmasean crusted fish) and talked about them and the great prices multiple times since leaving. Even today, we commented how the price and quality of food and service were excellent and worth going to. This is definitely a place I am stopping at in the future and will recommend to others!!

Terrible planning for Thanksgiving. Apparently they scheduled too many people at one time. Couldn't even get thru the door to tell them we were there for our reservation. Now I expected a wait but this was ridiculous. Went to Santinos in Alton and had a wonderful lunch there. May try some other time but may just stick with Alton.

my wife and I have eaten at fountain Hill several times over the past couple of months. We generally order the prime rib. We have been very pleased with the quality of the food, the service, and overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Really enjoyed my meal. I had lasagna and it was delicious. The service was excellent and the owner came by and greeted us and made sure everything was good.

The atmosphere and wait staff were great, reasonable prices. Salad and sides were great but stay away from the Tomahawk Chops. They are really thick and ours were so undercooked they were practically raw in the middle and we didn't realize it until we had eaten some of it. Undercooked pork is not safe and it has us worried. Don't plan to go back

I really wanted to Love this place. Unfortunately they served grossly under cooked pork in a dark restaurant so I didnt realize how rare it was till I'd eaten half of it. Now Im taking anti parasitic medicine. The waitress was so nice but the only thing the cooks offered was to go re-cook it. Trying to decide if ill report it to the health department.

Lovely restaurant. You can tell the owner is really invested. The waitress was very nice. Food was delicious. My very thick lightly breaded braised pork chop was highly undercooked though. The lighting is low so i was unaware that the center of the pork was not just pink but bleeding. So Ive left a message with my primary physician right after i left the restaurant . Chances are probably low that id get a parasitic infection .. Ive read that waiting to see can be dangerous. When i noticed it I mentioned to my waiteress and they offered to cook it more. Im not sure that a reatuarant that cant cook pork safely should put pork on their menu

We loved this place. The service was excellent and the entire staff were very attentive and genuinely care about customer service. I had a seafood pasta dish that was very tasty. Price and food portion size were both very reasonable and appropriate. Food is well prepared and very tasty. Atmosphere was very warm and friendly, again with a clear priority on customer service and satisfaction. Even though it was fairly crowded, the noise level was negligible. I was very impressed and enjoyed it thoroughly.

If you're looking for a quiet restaurant with great food in Grafton, this is the place. I had Chicken Portabello and Chicken and Dumpling soup. Delish! Lunch special $13.
