Great ride up the River Road to Grafton Oyster Bar. Service was great & the place was packed! Everything was delicious but the Beef Tournedos were disappointing. It was nothing more than sirloin steak cut up in three pieces topped with brown butter lump crab & a peppercorn cream sauce & yet tough to cut. Described as a grilled medallion… sorta misleading & thinking it was going to be 3 pieces of filet mignon. Still a beautiful day to be out & about!!!
On the beautiful drive on the River Road in Grafton,IL is an Oyster Bar. Place doesn't look like much in the winter. We stopped in on a cold, sunny Feb Sunday afternoon. The food is fabulous, and our waiter was so nice. We will definitely come back when we can enjoy the outside deck overlooking the river. Highly recommend

I had the Holy Trinity which is crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, and red beans and rice. Served with some cornbread. We also had he fried alligator appetizer and it was very good.My wife had the voodoo shrimp tacos and she love them.Very cool place that get insanely busy during the season, but it was very nice today. We will surely repeat.
