First time coming here
Took over an hour to get my food and when I got the food, it was cold. I understand places get busy, but don’t make me wait that long and bring me cold food. After another 20 minutes of trying to get a hold of somebody. Best I got was they can remake the food. Which was not an option.
Just horrible experience. I would never come back here.
Morgan M was fantastic! She was there throughout the entire day and evening on a holiday weekend! Very happy and attentive to all her tables! Thank you Morgan and please make sure you ask for her!
We have been a regular there for years! We had a family event there twice a year when The Jorrell’s played. Our groups were 20 or more and we dropped a pretty penny each time. Sadly management refuses to pay them their usual fee. For what they charge for food and drink I’m sure they can afford it! The place is packed when the Jorrell’s are there. Well, no Jorrell’s no us! The Loading Dock is a welcoming restaurant with a lively atmosphere, often featuring live music or "beachy" tunes. The service is attentive, and the food is typical bar fare, served quickly and fresh. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mississippi River from both indoor and outdoor spaces, and there are spots where bald eagles can sometimes be seen flying nearby. The restaurant is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Drinks are available, including $5.00 draft beers. The friendly staff helps create a fun and enjoyable experience. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with areas for children to make s'mores around a fire pit, making it a great place for groups and families alike.
The restaurant is located right on the Mississippi River, offering a stunning view and a great atmosphere. The crowd can vary, with the place being busier on weekends. The food is described as good for bar food, with the catfish bites and fries being particularly popular. The Caesar salad is also a good option, though it does not come with croutons. Customers can even arrive by boat and dock at the restaurant.
