Shocked at how rude and mean the waitress Chloe was! Been here several times, it was always a slow service but never had a bad server like Chloe in my entire life.

They charge you a 20% tips automatically so they don’t care about your experience and satisfaction at all. Will NEVER dine here again thanks to Chloe

One of the best views in the STL area, the Winery is a great spot for a nice afternoon lunch or dinner. The food was good, the staff was kind and helpful, but the views are the best part. I recommend sitting on their patio, as it overlooks the great bluffs and Missouri River, you can see for miles! Highly recommended!

Just perfect! We went in the early afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. Nice for afternoon luncheon. Sat outside on the deck in the shade and it wasn’t that hot even tho it was 95 out. Great service from waitress too.

They make it impossible To get up to the winery if you are unable to ride the chair lift up. Money grab.

I do not recommend if you are scared of heights or handicap. The only way up to the winery or roller coaster is by the sky lift. They do not let you drive up to the top unless you are staying in the cabins. They are not accommodating, even when there are a lot of parking spaces open. They would not refund us for wasting a trip to the top to find out my handicap mother couldn’t drive up to meet us. We went to Grafton winery instead and had a great time there!

Amazing wine selection! And the staff are very friendly!

I just wanted to come remind the owner that all of the grafton locals hate the fact that there is a Tram and no shuttle any more. I used to come here all the time but I don't have an hour to wait on some nonsense tram and pay an extra $10 for it. Its a poor business model to ostracize the local and high frequency customers and not give them any alternative to a very inefficient solution, but it is what it is. I wouldn't mind paying premiums in wine and food for the view, I know having a place like this cost a lot of money to build. But my time is valuable, and when going to a restaurant 5 minutes down the road is a minimum 2.5 hour excursion I'm sorry that's just ridiculous. I'm actually curious if the owner even reads / listens to his customer feedback.

Great place but the owner is extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time you go there he’s got tables reserved for his friends/family but doesn’t take reservations or parties for anyone else. Pretty views but overall not worth the money you pay

Such a fun place to visit! The chairlift adds an air of excitement and the food was delicious!

Our stay at the Aeries Resort Lodge in the Deck House was a 5 star stay for our needs and quick getaway. The check in/checkout process was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a luxurious feel while still being cozy; (allow extra time for sleeping) making it a perfect escape. The view of Grafton and the Mississippi River from the deck house was also nice, it was cloudy during our stay. If you're looking for a last-minute New Year's Eve room or just a quick getaway, I highly recommend booking a stay at the Aeries Resort Lodge for a relaxing and memorable experience.

Restaurant in Grafton with breathtaking views. Internal and external environment. You won't find many food options on the menu, but there are wine and drink options. What sets the restaurant apart is the scene, sitting outside and watching the Mississippi River meet the Illinois. Access can be done by car (needs a code) or cable car.

Parking: To access you need a code to open the gate.

I mean do better… your customer service stinks (no fault of the employees) more of the owner being rude. Instead yelling from across the patio and sitting with your pals drinking be more personable to customers. Come up to people who clearly are struggling to find a place to sit. I get it you have tourists here for the views and experience, but then all but tables for 4 on the inside say reserved? But you don’t take reservations… Right… I was pretty pissed at first, but now thinking back on it, it’s actually comical. You are winery that doesn’t have their own made wine, the inside is quite small, and the patio seating would only work for a group of 2-4 at best. I should’ve read the reviews to know what a disappointment this would be.
