TERRIBLE SERVICE. The delivery was scheduled at 11AM. I happened to be in the store at 11:05 picking up a separate order when I received a text stating that my delivery at work would not arrive until 11:35. As I am standing at the counter, a delivery driver walks in to pick up my delivery. Why would I pay for delivery and tip on a meal that will be 35 minutes late? I had co-workers schedule their lunch around this. I was still charged for delivery and tip even though I picked...

This review is for the Maryville Road Papa John's in Granite City, IL. The food is well cooked, always good and hot ?. The delivery good 9.5 ? I really appreciate the new seal on the pizza ? boxes. Gives me a feeling that Papa John's cares about their products and customers satisfaction.

Food is good and delivery is fast but incomplete the last 2 times. Missing key components to the meal. I dont want the rest of my meal next time I order. I paid for it with this order.
