Owner uses top notch quality ingredients. He and his staff does it like some of the best pizzarias in the world (including NYC) - from high quality mozzarella- to hand tossed pizzas, they even have a hot pizza stone oven for those Neapolitan style or NYC style crust with that lovely gold brown and slight char- if you are in the area I would HIGHLY advise to check it out- you haven't had a good pizza pie in illinois until you have been here-...read full review
