This place never disappoints for being a disappointment ordered 2 3pieces this was the smallest pieces I've see it was so dark burnt it was like the worst I wish I could leave a picture I've tried I'll be driving to STL I'm so done asked for a refund the manager stated we have no paper I had to use my phone to for my refund on the screen

I’m writing to report a deeply disappointing experience at your Popeyes location in Granite City, Illinois, during the 12 o’clock shift. The service was absolutely unacceptable, and the behavior of the assistant manager was extremely unprofessional.
The assistant manager at the register was incredibly rude, speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, she was using extremely foul language—including profanity—while children were present in the establishment. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate in any customer-facing environment, especially in a family-oriented restaurant.
If this is the standard of leadership and service being allowed, it will surely cost the company loyal customers and revenue.
Please take immediate action. Either this location needs serious leadership and staff changes, or it risks damaging the reputation of your brand. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and hold those responsible accountable. We, as customers, deserve respectful service and a safe, family-friendly environment.

I got a 2 piece meal. The leg was was edible. The chicken thigh was soo hard I could not eat it. Mashes potatoes were fine. Parts of the biscuit were good. My chill strawberry lemonade was watery. Very disappointing. Food was trash👎

This location will constantly give me bone-in wings when I order boneless. I order digitally too, so it's not a case of mishearing me.

I've repeatedly had extremely long waits, despite ordering online 10 minutes ahead; still having to wait 10 minutes when I get there.

They're always out of soda too. And often forget the sauce.

1 star because zero is not an option. I They shorted me a sandwich. I went around and told him they said show me proof so I did. I told them “I want an apology” and they walked away After calling me a liar.

I visited this location on my lunch break, was stuck in the drive thru line for an hour, which caused me to be behind returning work. When there are long wait times it would be considerate to ask customers after placing their orders to drive to the parking lot to allow vehicles behind them to leave the drive thru if they can't wait.

Tables looked like washed with dirty rags. Bath room dirty. No paper towel dispenser. Used paper towels top of trash can and floor. Toilet paper not in dispenser. Floor and walls dirty.

This restaurant location refuses gift cards as payment. At the time of this review they had "Jenny's" phone number listed as their business number so you have no way of calling them. I'm leaving 1 star for food because I was not able to buy food because they refused my method of payment.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Got home and opened a box full of old chicken and side's from popeyes. I threw it away. The redhead has such a horrible attitude. You would think with having an empty drive thru the customer service would be better. Folks save your money and go to another location. Horrible service and poor food quality. Shameful

Decided to stop by and get some food with my family. Was standing in the lobby waiting to be addressed by the workers when nobody wanted to take the time for our order. The worker walked past us twice looked at us and didn’t even walk over to the register. They weren’t even busy because we were the only customers there. Very poor customer service!

I really wish I could give 0 stars. My husband says he ordered traditional chicken and they gave him ghost pepper wings then argued with him about what traditional wings are. Finally just gave up going back and forth with the person. I am six month pregnant and said forget it. After eating a few wings, I realize the chicken is not fully cooked! Attempted to call and it goings directly to voicemail. This popeyes is a joke!
