I was at Granite City, Popeyes 6-23-2026 around 4:35 pm I waited about 12-16 minutes for my 16 PC family-bundle, and 6 more different orders the Manger Mrs. Kim was very respectful and apologized for everyone that was waiting for fresh chicken she offered me a small drink for the wait I truly loves when she's there cause everything is always freshly hot and on point she truly deserves a Big raise. Mrs. Kim keep up the good energy-efficient and I will be back wish I knew your schedule cause them are the days I'll come eat. Please don't let anyone stress you into leaving cause they finally found a worker that cares about her customers and her job. I will be bringing my family again. God has a blessing for you 🙏 that it's coming very soon

Came to Popeyes today and we were beyond impressed from the last time we visited. The food came out fast and hot with good service! The inside was clean and a good environment. Sadai the worker was very pleasant and made the experience great. 10/10 from us for GC Popeyes!!

I stopped by this location during my road trip hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but it was a pretty disappointing visit. The wait in line took forever even though it wasn't very busy, and the staff seemed totally overwhelmed and ignored the customers. When I finally got my food, the famous fried chicken was barely warm and incredibly greasy, and they completely forgot the biscuits I ordered. The lobby floor was sticky and several tables were dirty, so I just ended up eating out in my car instead.

Always take for eternity and beyond to give you youre food. And when they finally give you the food its wrong or someone's else order with no silverware or straw ive bin there about 20 times not once have they come through with my order always wrong late cold they good at it dont know how this location is still up

I’m door dashing. Showed up. Didn’t even start making the customers order until after 10 mins of me standing in the lobby. Then some girl walked out that works here says “just make it look like your doing something”. So me and the customer are out on time and money. Worst than Taco Bell and jack in the box on Madison. Laziness
