Please make sure you check your bills, we got overcharged for how much we ordered. Someone added an extra pizza onto our bill. There was no apology or acknowledgment of this issue, just an attitude from the server as she said “oh okay” and got a corrected bill for us. The explanation we got from management and staff was “ we are having issues with the printer”. Someone had to manually enter the order, because everything else was printed correctly. Just please check your bills. Thank you.

The star of the show is the new bar manager Randy at center cut!! We have been to center cut plenty of times but our experience with him at the bar blew us away!! It truly felt like dinner and a show, the best drinks I’ve had in a long time!

The potatos with my steak had a hair in it, the hamburger was cooked to medium rare instead of medium, and the chicken Alfredo had low-to-no grilled chicken and we asked for no broccoli and it came with broccoli.
Pizza oven is down too.

We always ask in the rez to sit in front to see the band and almost every time we get there, there are challenges with seating even tho there are tables wide open. Bummed the pizza isn't offered anymore. Hope it comes back. We have been here several times and the food overall is very salty. Waiter was nice.
Generally not one for bad reviews but our visit was disappointing. Party of 4 celebrating a birthday. We arrived around 3:30pm on a Sunday when the restaurant had opened at 3pm. We had to be switched servers due to ours showing up seemingly late for work. When reviewing the menu, we were disappointed to be told that multiple items on the features and specials were out. The food took some time to come out, even though we were the only table of people in the restaurant, the server explained that the cook wasn't prepped yet causing the delay. The open viewing of the kitchen exposed the cook eating while preparing our meal. On a positive note, the goat cheese appetizer was really good. I had ordered a steak medium rare and unfortunately it was nearly rock hard. I can understand lesser quality / service in a busy restaurant, but we were the only table in the dining room at that time of day. Overall, a disappointing experience for a restaurant we had been excited to try for some time.
Several changes increasing over time have been quite a disappointment! Bread is available but you must request it (only if you know about it), kids meals used to come with ice cream but no longer, kids pizza used to have fries as a side but later got removed, now no pizza at all?? Kids used to say let’s go to the good pizza place! I agree the pizza was great! In addition, my halibut is usually great but tonight the rice was sorely undercooked and crunchy :(. Reconsidering this being a favorite in our list of weekly outings. This is a nice restaurant, great ambiance and decor, love the staff.

Really love the pizza! Heard you might be changing to Emil’s pizza. Why? There’s a difference. They’re a good bar food place. You’re a step up with custom pizza and a better menu! No differentiation brings you down a notch.

Good food but very pricy. Almost bored service not attentive to details like providing a pen so one can sign bill and allocate tip. Atmosphere is ok but could use with a quieter hall.

Really bad service tonight. Took 15 minutes for anyone to stop by our table after being seated. Almost got up and left. Finally we were able to order food and drinks. Drinks took so long to get to us that our food came first. The 2 beers we ordered came 5 minutes after we got food. 15 minutes after our food came our kids drinks (apple juice and kiddie cocktail) finally came. We asked twice about drinks to other servers since ours was MIA most of the time. Never stopped by for drink refills or for use to order anything else. I'd honestly go elsewhere if you're thinking of going. This is our 3rd bad experience. I like to give places a pass on bad service but 3 strikes and I'm done. Food was ok. The prime rib was not seasoned at all and cold. Mashed potatoes were reheated. Not worth the price.

First time dining here and was for a birthday dinner for our granddaughter Server (Reese) was nice and prompt with any requests. Made sure the kitchen knew I had a severe seafood allergy. My Chicken Parmesan was overcooked and didn't have much flavor. Pork chip was just “ok” per my husband. The Chicken Alfredo and the 10 oz strip steak were “good” per our grandkids. Desserts were good. After checking out the bill the following evening, we discovered we had been double charged for two of the entrees. I didn't want to call at peals times so I wanted until Saturday afternoon 4pm (they open at 3pm), I tried calling the restaurant. Was disconnected the first time I called, second time I explained I had been disconnected and was still waiting to speak with a manager. Put me on hold again. Rang 10-12 times and I was disconnected yet again! Third time, I ended up leaving a message for a manager to please contact me and still waiting for a return call. Not a pleasant experience and most likely not return. Addendum: I spoke with the manager, Dan, on 8/3. We had a good conversation and he gave us a credit refund on our bill. Courteous and apologetic..
While the food was good, they have a history of adding charges to the bill according to review sites. My order of Chicken Piccata was $25 and under that was a $9.00 add on charge for the chicken. Waiter made strange excuses for why it was there. Manager was supposed to call back, but didn't. My husband who never gets mad is furious. Be careful. Read your bill and be prepared to pay extra for using credit card as well. Paying cash is an easy way for waiter to make more money by adjusting bill later. Or is it just restaurant policy to steal from customer?
They added a surcharge for the chicken that was supposed to be part of my Chicken Piccata. Scammed.
I needed a steak knife to cut chicken piccata. Piccata was a special for $25, but they added $9 for the chicken. Waiter blamed manager. My husband saw the same complaint on many review platforms. Manager is supposed to call me back. Tired of waiting. I think it's a scam. Check your bill. Or just don't go there.
Lovely place to only have drinks, I would not eat here again. Even though my white sangria was ok. That's the easiest one to make, and it was tolerable but won't order again. We had the smoked wings to start flavors were:truffle parmesan and buffalo, the skin was so tough to bite into and when you pulled on it to tear it apart, it felt like it was fighting back. My S/O had steak and mashed potatoes house salad, he usually eats all his food when we eat out, he didn't this time and said it was just ok. I ordered the New Orleans Mac' Cheese, I do not know why I did this, it was a huge disappointment. All I tasted was cheese saucy, that tastes like it came out of the can and they attempted to put seasoning on it. I was just in NOLA, so my palate was ready for some flavorful mac' cheese but it was a disappointment as well. The meat in the mac' cheese was tender, happy that wasn't over cooked. Basically over priced food, that ain't worth the effort to eat even on a drunken night out, eat at your own risk. They got 2 stars because the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially our waiter.
