Disappointed. Our order was missing a side of cheese curds, so we drove back to the window right after getting our food. When we parked and sat down to eat, everything cold, and the burgers were a bit sloppy and not quite how we ordered it.
I know it was really busy, and we completely understand that things happen, but it was still disappointing. We don’t eat out often right now, so we were really looking forward to this meal—Culver’s is usually our favorite treat.
We were really looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up enjoying it this time.

I ordered a grilled chicken basket with a strawberry concrete mixer . The delivery guy was 5 min early … so that was not the problem . The sandwich was cold and the concrete mixer literally looked like milk . I specifically order from Culver’s because they have chunks of strawberries in their mixers . 2 small pieces of strawberry were in it . The reason I was able to count them is because it was so melted that I could pour it into a bowl . They gave me a spoon ….But you can’t eat milk from a spoon . So I can’t eat this mixer either with a spoon.This is one of my favorite desserts. Then when I called them . They said that there was nothing they could do about it . I was willing to accept the cold sandwich . But not the cup of milk that I received which is named “CONCRETE mixer for a reason . I’m extremely disappointed. I understand things happen. But when they do happen …..and the establishment that sold you the product in the first place, doesn’t even care that they gave you a poor quality food….. That is not good customer service on top of disappointing food . ☹️

My wife is Celiac so we always need to be extra cautious when we order out. Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. A HUGE thanx to Olivia for her patience and expertise and to Culver’s for offering those with Celiac Disease options when they don’t feel like cooking and want a quick bite out!

Whichever Culver’s you go to the food is always amazing and 99.9% of the time the order is correct. Staff is usually always friendly. Service is quick too.
