I usually come to this Culver's and they never disappoint...until today. I got a simple Culver's burger with pretzel bites and a smoothie. I got to take a bite of the burger and there is strand of hair. I spit out what was in my mouth and called the place. The manager wanted to remake or coupon ( no refund). I didn't have time as I am currently in the parking lot of the work place. She offered the coupon but hung up after spelling my name wrong twice. Let just say it's going to be a very long time before I come back to this place. Shame since I am a long time customer.

Culver’s Grayslake is my 32nd Culver’s. As someone else in the reviews said, “You can’t go wrong with Culver’s.” I visited on Friday, May 23, 2025. Their ice cream always hits the spot and I couldn’t believe how great business was going. The staff was friendly and respectful and overall the mood and atmosphere of Culver’s in Grayslake, Illinois was awesome! (Written 5-30-25)

Food is always good, wasn't too long of a wait other than a few cars but it wasn't bad. Enjoyed my food and the cashier was efficient.
I'm amazed that we have any Burger Kings around here when Culver's is so much better of a fast food experience. We come here a lot after football games and other after school activities, and the food always delivers. Always good, consistent, dependable service. You just can't beat it for fast food.
