My wife is Celiac so we always need to be extra cautious when we order out. Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. A HUGE thanx to Olivia for her patience and expertise and to Culver’s for offering those with Celiac Disease options when they don’t feel like cooking and want a quick bite out!

Food great but if I’m gonna pay $1 + for a cup of cheese than at least fill half of it. Incredibly greedy giving me 1/4 cup when paying extra

Culver's has been a place to visit with the family or carry out. The food is good, the staff very polite and quick. The frozen custard flavor of the day is always very tasty

Burger patties are so small they don’t fit the bread you’re paying for condiments and bread but barely any meat. The burgers are so plain no seasoning on them other Culver’s burgers are juicy and seasoned good grayslake has a whole bunch of young teenagers with no work ethic.

Culver's regular here. I don't usually write reviews, but I just gotta say, they killed it with their new spicy chicken sandwich. They completely redid their sandwich lineup and man it did not disappoint. Will be back tomorrow for another 😮💨🤌
Very disappointed. Only gave 1 star because no star isn’t an option. I’m from out of town and everyone said “you gotta try Culver’s”. Well, we did. Both burgers came out incorrectly while the ticket clearly stated the way the burgers were to be made. Our burgers were then remade and mine back out correct but with cheese that was straight from the fridge, not melted even the slightest. The cheese curds were cold and chewy.
Very underwhelmed with my first and only experience with this place. Willing to give them a chance again but not at this location.
