We recently had the most wonderful experience with Dalton’s cakes. Our daughter can’t have sugar and our son can’t have peanuts. We talked to Allison and Takara about possibly making a sugar-free cake for our daughter’s birthday which is not something they offer usually.
But they offered to test a few recipes to determine if they can make a sugar-free cake for us. They were super diligent with the tests because anything they release from their store has to not only be super healthy but also super delicious!
When we finally went to pick up the cake, they shared that they are allergic to certain sweeteners, but they really wanted to help us out so they went the extra mile for us to try and figure out a recipe just for us!
I was stunned - who does this?! They are amazing human beings in addition to being top-class bakers!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!! And yes the cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious 😋

Absolutely remarkable work with buttercream frosting! Hired them to make one of my Mothers birthday cakes for her tea party themed celebration. They absolutely executed the assignment, and hit it out of the ballpark!
Appreciate the staff’s willingness to want to create what I envision for my mom‘s birthday cake. Her favorite color is purple. She was having an evening tea party celebration. We wanted to incorporate sunset feels with Roman inspired aesthetic to the cake with pillars and flowers. it was truly beautiful Because it’s what my mother and I imagined.

We ordered a carrot cake on the bottom tier and asked for a surprise flavor on the top tier. We got red velvet! And talk about correctly, made moist cake! Soft, not mushy phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal work thank you so much. I apologize for my pictures not being the best. Recommend this place and we’ll go again.

Dalton's is 100% GF. The food tastes great, can't even tell it is GF. The owners are very welcoming and friendly as well. Plus size, their prices are reasonable too. Definitely recommend it. They also serve breakfast and lunch.

I wanted to like this place because the staff was so nice and reviews were good so I ordered my sons birthday cake. No one liked the cake. It was dry and taste like it had been baked and frozen weeks before. The next day it tasted worse,like doughy and gritty. The fresh fruit was fine but not good if cake is not good. The other thing I hate about this place is the cleanliness. For a place that serves food, they could use some classes on sanitation ans hygiene. I was going to use bathroom but changed my mind after walking in and seeing the dirty bathroom. Dirty as in a ring in the toilet, dust,and spider webs, dirty mirror,etc. The place itself is dingy and could use some cleaning itself. I had to wait 45 min before my cake was done and held it because I was scared of the bathroom and am terrified of mice and spiders and felt like they have some I al sure.

This British bakehouse is phenomenal, personable, and not insanely priced. I'm not even gluten free and I loved it. My friend has celiac disease and is so limited when it comes to wheat eats so we went there as a small group to try it out and have some weekend fun. We each drooled over everything we ordered, (and I have a professional baking background so I'm pretty discerning)... Lemon bars, raspberry cake, other vanilla cake of some kind, sprinkled donuts and lattes. Go get them. Now. You're welcome. When I'm in the area again I will definitely be back for another sugar rush.

I called in an order for a cupcake bouquet and was extremely disappointed in the execution, presentation, and flavor of the cupcakes.
Instead of receiving a bouquet, there were 14 separate cupcakes that vaguely resembled flowers. None of the other discussed decorations were included.
Additionally, the flavors themselves (vanilla, lemon, and red velvet) were underwhelming— especially the red velvet. I don’t normally leave negative reviews for gluten free bakeries, because I’m usually so grateful to find one, but this was truly off the mark.

As someone who very recently went gluten free - Dalton's Cakes has been Heaven sent. Their whole team is SO warm and kind. From my interactions over the phone ordering cakes, to stopping by for a pastry - they always are above and beyond. We have now ordered two birthday cakes and I have tried an assortment of the pastries. The cakes are so good, my mother who is NOT GF, requested I order her birthday cake from here since mine was so good. Their coffee is also wonderful. Thankful to have found this place!
