This British bakehouse is phenomenal, personable, and not insanely priced. I'm not even gluten free and I loved it. My friend has celiac disease and is so limited when it comes to wheat eats so we went there as a small group to try it out and have some weekend fun. We each drooled over everything we ordered, (and I have a professional baking background so I'm pretty discerning)... Lemon bars, raspberry cake, other vanilla cake of some kind, sprinkled donuts and lattes....
Channeling my inner Janice here—OH. MY. GAWD. Dalton’s pastries are absolutely next level! The flavor? Divine. The softness? Like a sugar-coated cloud. The variety? A full-on pastry parade. MWAH! Huge kudos to the Dalton family—they’ve baked up pure magic! EDITED: WE JUST TRIED THE RASPBERRY LEMON BAR!!!! Aaaaahhh so good!
