Just ordered pasta and a pizza for pick up. Got home and the pasta was literally ice in the middle still.
Called the store and their first response was "we can't do anything." After waiting for a manager for what felt like ages her first words was "that's weird" almost as to say I was lying.
After pulling teeth with them for 15 mins they finally decided to send a new one.
