Always delicious, never an issue, and the drivers are always polite.
I ordered an Uber about 2 or 3 hours ago and I called the store 3 times but they ended the call and didn't even pick up each time. I am still currently waiting for my pizza! Edit: After over 3 hours it said delivered! Meanwhile my second hour in I was calling them waiting for over 30 MINUTES on HOLD while calling with 2 different phones! Don't go here it's unprofessional and a waste of time! DONT EXPECT A VISIT FROM ME EVER! I waiting from 8 to 1130 just for it to say delivered OUTRAGEOUS!

Waited 3 hours, said delivered, but nothing arrived. On hold about 45 mins only for them to hang up. Arrival time kept changing. Purposely stayed up way past time to go to sleep BECAUSE it said on the way. Unacceptable way to handle a situation. Close or advise understaffed and unable to take any more orders, but DON’T handle like this.

Holliday blitz or is that teumpt. all online orders canceled and all phone orders wrong. Tried ro help the manager watching him struggle for what hours. While waiting for a cheese pizza. Explained that the food standing for over w hours should be thrown out and he should focus on the 8 customers in the restaurant. I can trach you i you can learn..

So I gave up on my closest location, the Lindenhurst location because they can't get my order right 80% pf the time. Apparently I probably need to give up Dominos all together because im not going to a third furthest Dominos if this location can't improve. So far 2/4 orders have been wrong or poorly made. On this last order apparently, extra sauce means little to no sauce, extra toppings means less toppings, and only a certain topping on half means 1/10 of the whole pie. WHY have these options on your ordering platform app if your employees can't follow directions???

Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!! I'm going to try this location maybe two more times and if my orders can't be made right then im done with Dominos as a whole.

There is a hispanic dude with glasses that often works alone and let me tell you. If you order when he’s working then your food is gonna be 10/10 no doubt. But if there is 14 people in the kitchen on a Thursday for some reason. The foods gonna be like mine…burnt 😔. My hand tossed pizzas were about as thick as the thin crust pizzas and extra crispy as well as my bread bites. They were a dark brown with a deep crunch so I know for a fact my boy wasn’t back there cooking them. Give that guy a raise and promotion and get rid of the dead weight🥸. (They also didn’t cut my pizza all the way so it ripped like this lmao)

forget to sauce my wings. coworker said he did called me a liar and told me if i wanted to hat i actually paid for to bring back the wings and they would replace them!! there’s customer service for you.. i live two towns away i ordered here because it was slightly out of my way on the commute home from work. i wouldn’t call back to lie about something i called back because my son was expecting sauce in his wings guys.. jennifer was the manager in charge and performed very poorly.. get rid of her!! going to be shopping elsewhere in the future

Omg we tried the stuffed crust, and it was delicious. We stopped ordering from Domino's for awhile because stuffed crust is our favorite. I am so glad that you guys finally got on board with it. Our pizzas were hot and saucy and the amount of cheese in the crust was perfect. I think we just found a new go to for a stuffed crust pizzas. I ordered on line and it was so easy. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. Thank you!
Ordered1 pizza and 3 garlic butters for pickup. When I picked up I was generally ignored and when I asked for my food they pointed to a rack and said, "it's right here". I took the food off the rack. The 8 or 9 employees were too busy talking to eachother to bother with me. When I got home I realized I had no garlic butter. When I called, the woman I spoke to offered to give me store credit or I could come back. I said I was not driving all the way back. She also told me they couldn't refund the money to my card because they would need to cancel then recharge my card. The entire time we spoke she was talking to me like I was a child. I told her to stop it and she claimed she wasn't doing anything so I told this woman since she didn't want to refund the card I said forget it. Not worth my time and frustration. Thank you Dominos for stealing $3.54. I'm sure that will make up for the loss of future business. I knew I shouldn't have bothered. The food was trash anyway.
