Very very rude. Told me I didn't know what I ordered and continued to argue with me instead of correcting order. Customer service is very lacking here

Got my decaf order correct, was incredibly quick, and the avocado toast was very fresh and warm! Worker at the window remembered us as regulars and we were very happy to see her, glad she's still working here! Great service, always get what we asked for.

To come here every morning and having my order always wrong is ridiculous. Coffee is old like they never change the grounds, food is always wrong or missing something, drinks are never made correctly no matter how you order them.

I ordered Iced small Matcha latte & they filled it up with ice!! I got charged $5 for basically a cup of ice with some matcha& milk in there.
I thought I got my drink incorrect. Luis actually made it correctly, I apologize for the mix up. Thanks for getting it right. I love café ☕️💛🖤

$17 for two medium coffees. go to starbucks instead. not to mention i was charged for two drinks when i ordered in store, they tried only giving me one because the guy that started my order left in the middle of making my order.

Ordered a Medium Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot) and when I received my coffee it seemed light. so when I opened the lid it was only half way full when I went back in and told them that my coffee was half full they accused me of already drinking half. I showed them the lid and I said if I would of drank from the cup there would of been residue from the top of the cup but there wasn't. they would not give me a refund nor give me a full cup. Horrible service
