Spinach and feta cheese omelette and ham. The meal was good the atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. Their coffee was delicious. I'm a picky coffee drinker. This coffee was a good as my own coffee.
Not many options at 5:30 in the morning and this fit the bill. Huge portions, great service, everything prepared on the spot. I could have got two meals out of my skillet. Freds has been around forever and now I know why. Cash only, FYI.
I'm sad to give this place 3 star as it was once a 5 and the new owner is really trying to make it succeed. Please consider my advice... The new owner was the existing chef, which made great food. But now he's trying to run the place which he's not a very good at, and hired someone else to do the cooking which the new cook is not as good and they are loosing many long time customers because it doesn't taste the same and orders are often wrong.
