I placed an online order via Door Dash. The manager had a negative interaction with the driver and refused to release my order. When I reached out to inquire I was told they had a rude interaction with one another- neither taking into consideration that the one person getting "screwed" was the person who paid for and wasn't getting their food. Not only was the food not released, but it wasn't refunded until I initiated proceedings on my end. After Door Dash reached out to Italian Ovens they said the experience with the driver was so frustrating they won't be working together anymore. Great, but that didn't get my meal delivered while I was in the middle of an IV treatment which is why I placed it online in the 1st place. Italian Ovens can't claim they were recently added to Door Dash without consent, as they've been on there for as long as I've had Dash Pass ( April). The "right" thing to do would've been to release the order and cancel your partnership vs leaving an already paid customer in the lurch. The frozen tater tots I found in the back of the freezer... Exactly the same as the pizza I was hoping for.Edit: thank you for the prompt reply. I am outside your delivery radius which is why I tried to use Door Dash.

Ordered premium fries and a small, got all the way home to see a premium fry is 13 fries. Yes, I counted... the meat on my italian beef was pink and made terrible. Even the lady at the front wasn't friendly at all. I used to love eating at this place but will NOT be ordering from here again. I should have just went to Sammies.

The pizza is the best. We order the party pizza all of the time. They have great sandwiches too. The individual wrapped chocolate chip cookies are really good. Super friendly staff.

I placed my order and in addition received a call from them stating that the driver was running late and that they were on time which was much appreciated, and which I confirmed through the DoorDash app. Most importantly however was the quality of the pizza, great taste, fresh ingredients, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely order from here again.

How can a pizza place be closed at 6pm? Normally closed at 8..... that is crazyI love their pizza but can never get my order filled. Last two orders cancelled on me...

I normally order from hear often and get great customer services and great pizza but today the the lady on the phone was so rude. I undstand that people have bad days but no need of I take it out on me. I don't think I will be back

They need to hire people who know the business. I call and ask about deep dish pizza and the girl on the phone doesn't have a clue. Bad experience even picking it up. I say no more. Not ordering from this location any time soon.
Wow was that good! Spinach lasagna. Ordered two. One would have been enough for my husband and me. Good thing is now we get to enjoy it again for a second meal. Thank you!

You can sit there and say in your review comments that you work tirelessly to maintain the highest quality for your food, but your attitude when I have stopped in twice for to-go slices was absolutely despicable. You are the 50ish woman everyone is giving negative reviews about. To walk in the door and be treated that way for no reason is inexcusable. I thought maybe the first time you were having a bad day, but the second time you outdid yourself. I will not be back and I'll be sure to spread the word.Your customer service skills are non-existent.

I have not had pizza for at least two years now, Ive gone through a surgery that has had me re-thinking my diet choices. I have been so good on eating healthy and exercise that I thought I would treat myself and family. OMG! I remember Pizza tasting so much better. My girlfriend even said the onion rings tasted "watery". So two pieces in and had a protien drink instead. Wow.

Honestly these people rock! Mother and daughter run it and they honestly make some great food. They have been so helpful during the pandemic and I have been totally impressed by the pizza and the quality of fresh food! This will be my goto spot for many years!
