Wish I could give this place 0 stars the service is terrible and the managers are even worse, there’s always something wrong with my order and then if you call to complain about your missing items they hang up the phone on you, rude and poor management skills.

Tried 4 times this month, they failed to make a basic cheese burger with extra onion and pixel each time. I finally had it today when they gave me a cheese burger with nothing on it but cheese and a burger, i went back in and got my money back. I'm not paying for crap food that can't even be made right with the most basic of requests yet alone not even getting the food I ordered for and I wish it was just once and this McDonald but it is all of them in my area they all suck and none of them can get a basic orders right. This is the exact reason why they are being replaced with robots. Its not because they are cheaper works its cause they don't constantly screw up basic orders that any one that can read can accomplish.

Completely botched my order and wouldn’t believe me even when I showed my online receipt. When i bit into the nuggets they gave me they where rock hard and smelled of old fryer grease. Employees are nice, but still I should have gone to culvers next door.

First of all, don't ask any questions. The employee at the front Dario, told me he wasn't the owner and didnt really care when I asked why there was no water offered at the fountain machine. Terrible customer service. You would have thought I insulted him his attitude was so poor. It was a hot day and I just wanted some water, the other worker at the drive thru (Im assuming the manager) informed me they only offer bottled water. Which is fine, just didn't expect to be treated so rudely when asking about water! Kid deginately needs to be re trained

The service at this location is horrible. The employees have bad attitude. They can get your order right 1 out of 3 times. There is so many other restaurants in the area with better service to go to. And if you have your heart set on McDonald's then go to one of the other 2 that are 5 minutes from this trashy one.
Ordered an oreo mcflurry with choclate sauce and they not only mixed the sauce into the ice cream making it choclate ice cream but also they forget the oreos. Smoke more herb boys yea yea!

Don't order Hawaiin punch from this location. They barely add any flavoring and taste exactly how you'd expect it would after letting it sit for hours. Second time receiving barely flavored water. Go to the one down the street, better service and drinks.

I went in the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger and large coke. I received a bun & ketchup wrapped up with no patty and a DIET coke! Completely disappointed! When I called the store they provided no help, I later returned and received a refund for my order, the manager did not ask what was wrong with my order. Awful customer service at this location. Reported incident to complaint line and submitted a negative survey! Hopefully things turn around here.

I ordered some chicken nuggets from here, and the Nuggets were really good crunchy and fresh. The service was also great, the problem arose when I asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce and was told I had to pay for it. I thought that was petty and asked how much, and she said 25 cents each! I've order from numerous McDonald's and they not once charged me for extra sweet and sour sauce. If you're thinking about ordering your food here at this particular McDonald's, you should probably wait because I'm sure there's one closer that doesn't charge you for every little thing extra they give you.
