If I'm paying for food at a restaurant I should be able to eat enjoy my meal at my own pace. I had the manager come to me and say I only get 30 min to sit inside and eat. As an adult if I chose to sit and eat McDonald's all day that's my right as long as I'm spending money right. I know it's not the healthiest but your not gonna force me to eat and leave.

Ordered a fish filet, and the boffer put it in a tray which made the sandwich into a salad. Filet o fish has it's own specific box. Use it, boffer! I did not order a salad. Thank you for your time.

I go here because historically it has been better than the Gurnee location. Now it is about the same. It could have been an isolated instance but I really hate when an order is wrong and I find out when I get home.
Wrapper was correct wrong sandwich.
Its terrible when it is breakfast.
Anyway. Normally the hot spot and will go again. Its Macdonalds.

Went through the drive thru. No hi, no bye, no thank you or anything. The order taker starts from : âwhat do you want today?â. And the cashiers just reaches their hand with no words for the card. On top of that they gave a wrong McFlurry and ignored for 5 minutes when I was trying to explain the issue. Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!!!!!
Yet another issue with this McDonaldâs I would be emailing the McDonaldâs website as well as this is not right. The kiosk machine doesnât print out receipts so if you want to earn points guess what you will not get them, second time we try the machine yet no receipt prints out, it sounds as if something is stuck like the paper and nothing comes out, went to the register to ask for a receipt maybe somehow they will give it to me and they did, why is this an issue this happened about a week ago, can they not fix this? Put paper in? Someone needs to fix the issue ASAP

I ordered 5 items two of them being fries. They tell me to pull up because my food isnât ready yet, cool no problem. I watched 7 other cars get there food before I left my car and went inside waiting a couple more minutes before finally getting my food. And I mentioned how that could happen and the dude just stared at me and walked away. Smh not going here anymore.
