One of the Few near McDonald's Location that still have an active play Area for the kids. Very clean location, Services was average the same can be said about the food. Overall an Average experience. Will recommend if you're trying to entertain the Little ones as the play area was very clean and not too crowded.

I got an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. Less than halfway through eating, I took a bite of green, vile tasting egg. Decided it wasn’t worth driving back over to complain so I went to eat my hash brown and saw there were several black pieces in it (not just burnt potato.) I then went to return my food and was told I couldn’t get a full refund because I had eaten some of each item. It’s not my fault that the rotten parts were hidden in the middle. However, it is your fault for not acknowledging that the food was not even semi-decent quality, it was obvious why it was being brought back. No apology or genuine acknowledgment of the issue is my main concern.

The cashiers are very patient, and barely ever get our orders wrong. They're also very kind too, as I remember one time where I was off a dollar on my payment, and the cashier took a dollar out of his pocket to help me pay for it! So They're very good people.Kid-friendliness: The play place is very clean and very well maintained.

Overpriced, over processed food that lacks any definition. The food never looks like what's promoted by a company w/ decades of time to perfect such a simple meal.
3 out of 4 of us had a McDouble, same 3 out 4 having stomach issues now. Will just go with Burger King next time in that area.

This is one of my favorite locations. Honestly, it's probably my only favorite. The one on Rollins by meijer is horrible, nothing like this location. They are always nice and pleasant to interact with. They don't seem like they are irritated or annoyed to be there. My orders are always done quickly and correctly. I haven't been in the facility for a while. I'm usually going through the drive thru. Anyway they are nice and like I said they seem to enjoy their job. Friendly customer service is hard to find now a days. Especially in the fast food industry. So I give them a lot of credit for being on top of their game and always greeting me with pleasant tone and positive energy. And best of all, always getting my order right and the food tasting fresh. I can only assume that the food conditions are good because they are on top of the maintenance in their food prep area. Congratulations to every employee their and management in this location. You guys are doing awesome, and you deserve some recognition! Great fast service ! Thank you Thank you thank you for your great customer service.
