I'm writing this review because I am concerned of the wellbeing of the employees. The manager is very rude and yells at his coworkers. He was going in on this poor boy just trying to make food. And as soon as another employee walked in for her shift, he was yelling at her as well! Like damn she couldnt even clock in. Manager looks like minature Count Orlok. I couldn't even enjoy my food with my kid because of the manager's nasty aura. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP GOOD WORKERS, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!! Even held the door for Count Orlok on my way out and he ain't even say thank you lol. Very rude individual. Corporate look into this guy

They don’t answer their phone: I ordered a shrimp scampi but you pick another protein as an alternative. I had ordered chicken. They put shrimp. I tried calling them to let them know they got my order wrong for an hour. Really ridiculous you can’t get hold of a business. Sucks cause I like their food and never had an issue

We ordered when they first opened but at that time felt there weren't many options and food was bland. Glad we gave this place a second chance! We ordered today and everything was delicious! They expanded their menu and was so happy to see the Indonesian Peanut Saute! Husband loved the Pad Thai. We had the Green Goddess and Raspberry Poppy Seed Pecan salads and they were super fresh and paired nicely with the dressings. Great friendly customer service from the young man taking the orders. Will definitely be back!

Food is inedible. You cannot take a single bite of pasta without a mouthful of seeds (does anyone know how to properly clean peppers?) Who wants to pick around crunchy seeds while you’re trying to enjoy a bowl of pasta? Gross. They must also send out “order ready” notifications preemptively because every time I’ve gone to pick up my food after it’s supposedly “ready,” I still have to wait about 10 minutes. Only redeeming part is the customer service from the manager - he is always kind and apologetic, but he shouldn’t have to apologize so frequently! Fourth time trying this location, fourth time with problems. I will not be back. Please take some notes from the Gurnee location.
could not even make my food correctly. had to pick out the 2 things i asked to be left off before i could even start eating. by then it was cold. didn’t even want to eat it anymore.
