I order thru the papa johns app, gave a 20% tip. Expected my order to be delivered on time. It took 60 mins extra to deliver from the original expected time. So that is a total 90 mins not including preparing the order which was another 30 mins. Papa johns decide to outsource to door dash for delivery. Food delivered cold and I won't order from papa johns again. Frustrating and ridiculous. Change the system. Pizza hut does it right.

Service has steadily declined. The latest disappointment was the submission of an order 2 hours in advance only to show up and it not be ready. The employee lied and said "2 minutes" then I watched them make the order.

Ordered delivery twice and they botched it. First time was a Saturday but I placed an advanced order 9 hours before I wanted it and they delivered an hour late. Second time was Halloween night…I get it, it’s busy on Halloween but you’re gonna deliver the pizza 2+ hours late AND it’s missing ingredients??! Ain’t no way! If you live 10 mins away I advise you not to get delivery cause they’re incompetent. My delivery driver was also a random guy in a ninja turtles t shirt? The pizzas weren’t even in a warmer??? they hired a random dude off the street.

Waited 2 hours for my order. When it arrived everything was cold, one item as incorrect, the ranch cup was already open and dried on the lid and the food was incredibly average. Do yourself a favor and eat something else.

I order via Uber eats pretty often so that I can ensure that my closing staff eats what they want when we work together. I could understand an error every now and then, but it's every single time I order, something is wrong or missing. The last three orders, my drink has been missing. I recieved a drink this last time, but it was the wrong drink. The pizza, which is normally correct, was made wrong. I've worked fast food and customer service in the past, so I can understand mistakes happen, but it's to the point, it doesn't even feel worth it to order. I'm better off going with little Ceasars or something like that.

Good pizza but VERY expensive. Better off eating a steak out at a restaurant and end up paying about the same. So I think that's what we will do.
