The service is fantastic, we typically have a lot of lurker requests, like, pie cut, half this half that, well done, you name it. And always comes piping hot fresh and perfect. I always order from them and always leave a tip. Last time before Christmas I gave a driver $20 tip on $40 order… But after this note I got very disappointed. I tip $2 because I feel like it maybe I’m low on money atm who cares anyway. Tip is an option it’s not mandatory to pay.

You walk in and there’s no life to the establishment. Granted it was 1:30pm on a weekday so I can’t speak on it too much, at least play some music or blast a YouTube video that makes it sounds like there’s an Italian family back there cooking! The slice of cheese I got was $5.00 which seems rather steep for what it was. The cheese wasn’t exactly quality and the crust was way over cooked. The sauce was alright but overall the slice reminded me of the pizzas I used to make and I am by no means a chef. I can’t say I would never come back but I don’t see myself returning at noon on a weekday ever again.

I especially come here driving quite a ways out of my way. On Fridays to get a deep dish slice. I wish they would do deep dish slices more often.
They change their pricing and add on conveniences fees whenever they feel like it we have been long time (20 years ) customers and their overpricing and ridiculous fees they ad on this was out last time ordering - way to lose good customers Rosatis .. stop price gauging there’s too many pizza places to be loyal to .. you lost a good customer

I went to Rosati's Pizza because of its good reviews. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza. While I was in car, I realized that the pizza was not fresh. I returned the slice, and I hope that Rosati's will be more truthful with its customers in the future.
