The drinks, of course, are good. The look of the place gives off a modern, cozy feel perfect for staying and connecting to wi-fi. I haven't tried any food in recent memory but they have some sandwiches that look pretty tempting.

It’s pretty nice, but sort of hard to get into from the street. The location could be better but at the end of the day I got me a pink drink and that’s all that matters

Staff was rude when I made a mobile order and they didn’t have it ready told me to wait 10 minutes to pick it up but this time it was fine…. drink itself is 1/4 cream when 3/4th cream was ordered… will be contacting starbucks corperate for a refund. Never returning to this store.

The guy with the very long hair is the reason I give this store only 1 star. I go to Starbucks on a daily basis whether it’s ordering from Uber Eats or going to the store in person. I used to go to this location all the time until the new one on Route 45 and Washington opened up, simply because I think they make their drinks a lot better than the one on Belvidere Rd in Grayslake. When I went through the drive thru last week at the Grayslake location, I placed a mobile order prior to arriving to the drive thru window. When I received my order, I was told I need to give them a few minutes for it to be ready after I place an order. I thought that was pretty rude considering I was the only car in the drive thru and the only customer at the entire store at the time, but I didn’t say anything. Today I went to the location on 45 and Washington and placed my usual order. Since I’ve been feeling under the weather and have a cold, I wanted a medicine ball tea, but they were sold out at that location. I decided to go to the location on Belvidere Rd in Grayslake since according to their app, they weren’t sold out of it. I placed my mobile order BEFORE I even got to the Grayslake location and when I pulled up to the drive thru window, I let them know I placed a mobile order under my name. I pulled up to the window and waited a couple of minutes. While I was waiting, ONE car pulled up behind me. The guy with the very long hair came to the window and handed me my drink and said “we need 3-5 minutes for your order to be ready when you place a mobile order”. He didn’t greet me, or say anything else to me besides this. So I said “Yeah you told me the same exact thing last week when I was here and I’m also not in any kind of rush”. He seemed surprised that I responded that way and didn’t say anything and I drove off. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I’m not sure why it matters if I place a mobile order and my drink isn’t ready by the time I get to the store. I have never had a Starbucks employee tell me this or make it out to be a problem until dealing with this individual employee. This is horrible customer service especially when they weren’t even busy and I will never be going to this location again. Even if they were busy, this employee should not be making comments like this. Do you know how many times I’ve gone to this location and have had to wait 15-20 minutes easily for my order? Whether they are busy or not, these comments aren’t okay. I’m a paying customer and I don’t go there to spend money to deserve rude comments like this to me. This location used to have great customer service, but by allowing employees like this individual to treat their customers like this isn’t acceptable. Do better Starbucks. Your drinks aren’t cheap. People come to Starbucks to enjoy a good cup of coffee, not to have comments mentioned to them like this. Also, my medicine ball tea spilled all over my car as I pulled away. All I wanted was a medicine ball tea because I don’t feel well and I can’t believe I had to go through all of this just to deal with a very rude employee to a spilled drink that ended up being a huge mess.

Overall Starbucks satisfaction is at all times low because their quantity of stores around the area have compromised their quality and service, More baristas with little to no training or they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s hard and miss situation with drinks especially. Lattes are like hot water shaken espresso with more oat-milk than anything.

It breaks my heart that my job is like 5 min from this startbucks which is Northwestern hospital and it suck’s I was treated really poorly by employee with green hair with horrible attitude in the morning now I gotta get my coffe from somewhere else all to not start my no without negativity smh
No matter what Starbucks we visit the service is slow, there is no uniformity in the way they make the drinks, either to sweet or watered down, they really need to get their act together

Worst Starbucks I been to
Staff is super rude and extremely slow. Worker was already upset before I even got to the window, and when she handed me my drink and I drove off the entire thing spilled on me because she didn’t put the lid on properly. Ruined my clothes, and wasted $6. You are much better off driving a few extra miles and going to the gurnee Starbucks, the people are 100x nicer and actually do their job well.
We had fun sharing September Thursday bogo offer there.

I LOVE our local Starbucks! Everyone there is always nice and helpful. They work their tails off during peak hours and still keep the Cafe looking top-notch while keeping a positive attitude!
