The taste of my sweet onion chicken teriyaki was good. The staff was friendly but my only critique is that the vendor didn't ask what bread I wanted. She did, however, recommend that it be toasted and she was right.

This location needs to close. Service is a joke. Placed an order for two sandwiches, tried to tell us someone already picked the order up and continued to argue about it. Left with two sandwiches that were not made correctly. Just looked at other reviews for this place… not sure how they’re even in business still.

owner was very rude, clearly doesn't know how to run a business. I would suggest finding someone else to run this place or shut it down.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Location!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an online order at 8:18 PM for a 9:15 PM pickup. Given the heavy snowstorm, I arrived a bit early at 9:00 PM, only to find the lights off—despite the fact that their posted hours clearly stated they were open until 9:30 PM.
After waving multiple times, an employee finally opened the door. I showed him my order confirmation, but he flat-out refused to make it, claiming the cash register was closed. When I pointed out the posted hours on their own window, he reluctantly called the owner, Dilip Patel. Instead of apologizing for the situation, the owner told me I had to pay in cash again for the order I had already paid for online. On top of that, he only agreed to make one of the two sandwiches I had ordered—clearly hoping I would just leave.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated and told him I would report this to corporate. He showed zero concern and made it obvious he did not care about customer service or his own employees, who were left to deal with the backlash of his mismanagement. Fortunately, the employee who initially refused my order ultimately decided to help, found my online order, and completed it. After speaking with other customers and employees, I learned that this location has a reputation for closing whenever they feel like it, despite corporate guidelines. Even employees have urged the owner to update the hours online or stop taking orders past a certain time, but he refuses to make any changes.
Dilip Patel is an arrogant and unapologetic owner who seems to have no regard for customers or even his own staff. This is our local Subway, and it’s truly disappointing to see such poor management. I sincerely hope corporate intervenes before he further damages their brand. Avoid this location at all costs!
Super slow, only one person working when a line is completely full to the door of the place.
People come here for lunch and only have 30 min.
FYI, this location does not honor the coupons sent out in the mail. The coupons in the mail are the only reason I go to Subway anymore because the footlong meal deal is now almost $18 for one person, depending on the meal. There was no sign posted on the door stating they did not take the coupon. I informed the people behind the counter that they should post a sign on the door before customers wait in line to order only to find this out. I also told them this will be the last time I go to Subway, and I will put this in the google review so other people don't waste time on their limited lunch break like I did.

I am new to the area, and Divya was so welcoming at this location that I am always looking forward to driving to this location. She gives friendly service, has a clean restaurant, and is always so welcoming. It's always a pleasure to see her!
