Customer service at this place is in the top 5 of worst places. You walk in and the person in the counter rolls her eyes in disagreement, they make you feel very uncomfortable if you stay to eat there, definitely never coming back to this particular place

Good thing I don’t work for the health department. The employee was clearly sick. Although she was using gloves, she was mouth breathing and sniffling while making my sandwich . Idk just didn’t feel sanitary. I asked for soup and she pulled a container lined with a bag out the fridge that had no lid. She put it in the bowl and microwaved it. I got back to my office and the soup was sour and had gone bad!

I don’t think I’ve ever made a bad review for someone, however this was the worst experience I’ve had with subway. For a large steak sandwich, they gave me the most minimal amount of meat which would probably be the amount for a regular sandwich. Even my family said I got ripped off. I brought it back uneaten. The ladies working were rude and gave me attitude after I explained to them the situation. They said it’s the normal amount and argued with me. I didn’t feel heard at all. They said it was an up charge for extra meat even though it was the smallest serving of meat I’ve received from a subway my whole life. I got a refund. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

Good sandwich, no line. Seemed clean. Lots of parking. Turkey club was $ 14.50 ish. just for the sandwich, I think it’s worth the cost because Subway doesn’t skimp on the ingredients and you get to choose what you want. I usually buy the large sandwich and make 2 meals. I like this subway location. I take and go.

Food was great! I love going to this location because it’s right by my job and the boys are so sweet. However, today my dining experience was ruined. There was a manager working along side the employees and she was extremely rude. She was nitpicking every little thing they did and was screaming all over the restaurant. She even went to the back to yell about a sponge that was opened ? I couldn’t enjoy my lunch and she was also unkind to customers (seemed in a rush). I hope this doesn’t happen again… this is subway not a military base!

My sister tried to use a coupon and the guy told her that they don't take coupons, which is totally fine. We're not ones to complain about a policy. But the employee treated her like she was stupid for not seeing their sign about the coupons that was flipped up and flat on their counter, not visible to customers.
The employees were miserable and rude. Wanted to spend my money here but sheesh… I couldn’t bare to do it and walked out. A little crabby is fine and understandable but either find a new employer or more training. A Sandwich with a side of crabby sauce! Do better. And turn your open sign on…… you’ll make more money if the customers know your cranky business is open.

This is by far the worst subway anywhere....this owner will not accept the national coupons or marketing deals....if thats not enough...this is the second time I ordered extra meat (pro) and they did not add the meat....if you order online they screw you...you have to be in the restaurant when they make the sandwich..stay away

Sandwiches are good but it's sad that they don't take the subway coupons. I get coupons in the mail that I can't use at this local Subway, so we end up driving an extra 2 miles to another store.
