I’ll preface with this location was my first job in 2006. The way it’s ran now would NEVER fly. Management has to be trash to allow this behavior. The past 6 times I’ve gone in drive thru I’ve literally been greeted with “What do you want?” You pay for extra ingredients, not included. Ask for sauces not included. Leave with no “thanks” “have a nice day” “take care.” Consistently the worst customer service experience. I only go out of convenience and I’m 9/10 let down. Which, btw, I have the app and you’re losing money when you neglect modifications and have to provide a credit for your failures. Management needs to have a discussion with staff about etiquette. It’s horrible. 2/10 recommend

Staff is slow and bad at the job. Instead of telling me they were out of what I added to my order, they wrote a “sorry” on the wrapper and didn’t refund me. Food was uneven, there was one bite that had ALL of the sour creme in it.

Staff needs to be mindful when you have an open kitchen. Placed our order on the kiosk stood in the lobby waiting to pay since we were paying cash. After standing there for 10 minutes listening to the staff laughing and talking in a back office walked out. Great customer service.

And again 7/13 gave them another try ordered on the kiosk, again stood there while the female employee was on her phone. After a few minutes looked up and rudely said did you need some help. Informed her we needed to pay, she walked looked at the screen and yelled to someone else then walked towards the back again. So for the 2nd time left without food. This location has the worst customer service. So much for 2nd chances.

The girl that took my order on December 10th around 240sh was completely disrespectful and rude.. I’ll never come here again and she needs to practice more on her customer service and being kind to people.

Not sure what happened to this location.. They weren't perfect before the remodel but after they're 10x worse. Placed an order on the app sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting. Service was extremely slow. Then the food was awful. There was barely any meat in our items and the shells were stale/broken. Had to ask for a straw for my Pepsi and the guy acted like it was an inconvenience. Living in Grayslake we came here once or twice a week. Will drive the extra distance to Gurnee from now on. Shame.

I have to bump this review down. They forgot 3 of my items on Sat night, and they are the most expensive in the area and the least generous with the food. Check out the others in the area.

This taco bell always has problems . Drive thru takes long to take your order and they're not busy. Last time I went they had Internet problems and couldn't take my order.
