The best Chinese food I’ve had in lake county. Rice , egg foo young and egg rolls perfect. I’ve tried finding Chinese food that taste like Chicago, and this is it. Thank you for giving us as customers what we pay for. Jumbo Shrimp fried rice really good !

Tang's is now only a carry out restaurant. I had eaten there a few years back. Anyway the food was very good. I had the Singapore Rice Noodles ?. My order was prepared quickly. The prices are reasonable.

We Love Tangs, I have ordered at least 7 different entrees and have not been disappointed. 10 years ago I had bad experience, but last few years, couldnt be happier!
I forgot to read the reviews and check things out ahead of time, but I was hungry and ordered off of Doordash Thursday night (9/28/2023). Long story short, their chicken fried rice tasted very rancid and so did all other chicken related orders I got that night. It's October 1st at 3 AM, and I'm still suffering from food poisoning. I'm pretty sure I got from this place. This food would make uncle Rodger cry. I'm not mad though despite all the liquid rage coming out of me most places like this have all gone down hill really I just want this review to also reiterate what others are saying and that is you're not getting the best quality out of here and be careful.

I have to agree with the most recent review, I got takeout today.. vegetable fried rice… the rice was whiter than I’m used to and the portion was healthy, but god did it taste rotten… something in there tasted so horrible I kept trying to eat because I hate wasting food but I had to wash my mouth out.. I’ve never had fried rice like that before and the vegetables were so fine, there was no texture, it was truly terrible. My mom raves about this place, but goodness I can’t stomach to eat it..
Everything we have had from Tang’s has been fantastic! The food is hot and fresh and has lots of flavor. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

I will say the reviews let me down. Normally I go to chopstix but I wanted to give this place a try. I ordered the shrimp egg foo young lunch special. Let’s start with the rice it says fried rice but never in my 36 years of life have I ever had fried rice with chunks of chicken breast in it the taste was horrible. I mean maybe I should have assumed because the rice was still white as opposed to brown looking that it was going to bad however I remained optimistic… Now the put the food all in one container so the gravy for the one yes only one shrimp egg foo young was all over the rice and the egg roll. Very nice ppl but I will never order from there again. If I wasted gravy egg roll I would have asked for it that way.

Tang's has done it again. A place that our family can't seem to get enough of has made us all happy again. We got one of each egg roll, pot stickers, wonton soup, general tao's chicken, pork in garlic sauce, and chicken egg foo young. They have never messed up an order that we have yet to place. And the food, it is always a treat to take out here because of no sit-down area. We will be seeing them again. Higher than 5 stars, I love it.
