1. Quesobirria taco
6 corn tortillas or 5 flour tortilla birria beef tacos served with mozzarella cheese , 8oz dipping sauce, cilantro , onions , radishes and fresh lime
2. Birria Chan
Cup of noodles with beef birria, 2 corn with cheese, cilantro, onion, radish and fresh lime.
3. Torta Birria
Beef birria and melted cheese. Served on fresh torta with cabbage, cilantro ,onions and chipotle mayo
4. Nacho birria
Homemade tortilla chips cover with Beef Birria ,nacho cheese, sour cream , pico de gallo and jalapeños

Excellent birria. They have quite possibly the best deal on quesobirria around as far as I know, 6 tacos for 20 dollars. The horchata is great, albeit a little too sweet this time around when I had it. Either way, Texas Bebe's is my favorite spot around the college campus.

Went today with my husband and kids for dinner. The food was 10/10 ? service was great and we left happy and full. Highly recommend this place. It’s kinda hidden and wish they had more exposure so they could have more business. They deserve it ? if you’re thinking about trying this restaurant, do it! ?
