I love Tony’s Butcher shop. I have never had a bad sausage flavor. I enjoy just going there to purchase what ever the flavor of the week might be. The cuts of meat are great and we love the kabobs as a meal anytime. I respect the family owned business and the service they always provide every time I go in.

I love Tony’s and go there pretty much every weekend. They have a good selection of all meats and have new flavors of brats just about every week-honey mustard (my favorite), Mac and cheese, Reuben, etc. they also give a nice military/veteran discount too. Grayslake is lucky to have a shop like this!

Sean, the owner of Tony’s butcher shop, had placed a Facebook post for home cooked meal and I am so glad we did this! We had 8 people over and still had food for days. I am originally from New York and he immediately felt like family, similar to local butcher shops and delis there. He was so entertaining and amazing. The food was incredible. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. The meats are the best you’ll find anywhere and the pricing is great too.
I can’t wait to try the pig roast with him next!

On the recommendation of a staff member, I bought two strip steaks for my partner for Father’s Day. Just for him, because I don’t share his western Nebraskan appreciation for steak. Well, he grilled one on Father’s Day and experienced nirvana! He said that it was the best steak that he ever had. He just grilled the other one and is smiling eat-to-ear. These steaks will be my gift for every celebration of him. They’re pricey, but apparently, make a fantastic gift for a steak lover.
