Excellent food, excellent service and excellent PRICES! Angie was our waitress and it was our first time here. We live quite far from Grayslake..so we probably won’t be back.😞😩 This is a family restaurant with home made soups and other items on the menu. Too bad I didn’t take pictures! We had the triangle burgundy and the roasted turkey.

Came here back in the summer for the first time. It doesn't look like much on the outside or the inside but man their food is good! My hunny & I were both pleasantly surprised! We got biscuits & gravy, Belgian waffle, bacon & hasbrowns. All of it was delicious 😋 it's especially hard to find good biscuits & gravy & they did it right ✅️ our waitress was super nice & made us feel welcome. Hidden gem, will def go back!

This is a go to spot for me and my wife just because we live right here in Hainesville. But the truth is we've tried a whole bunch of breakfast places and unfortunately for them this quaint little spot has set the bar. Great food and prompt service all the time. I wish I could tell you what to recommend but honestly you should just try stuff, there are a lot of items I like here for breakfast
