Worst experience I've ever had with Subway, I placed a mobile order through the Subway App and was told my order had not arrived and I would not receive my items. It was obvious that it was either a Subway system error or a problem with the store, as the card transaction was already registered as pending. But the crew said it was our fault, which made us very uncomfortable. We might have been travelers with limited English skills, but the crew was very intolerant and unfriendly. This was reported to the company.

One (The Roaming Tequila)
Wasn’t able to order. There was a couple of cars in the lot and the lights were on. It was 7:15, so I pulled up to the drive thru and sat for probably 5/6min without anyone even acknowledging I was there. Drove around and parked to go in, doors were locked and someone had turned out the lights. Looked at the hours in the door and it said they didnt close till 9pm. But they where obviously trying ti pretend to be closed a whole 1hr 45min before hand. Fire them 🔥

Showed up almost an hour before closing and the lights were still on. They quickly turned the lights off and locked their doors and wouldn't let us in, and their cars were still outside. Really lazy if you ask me.

We saw two people inside and there where cars parked in the lot, but the doors where locked and no one would answer at the drive threw. Looked at the hours on the door and it said they closed at 9pm and it was only 8:13. Pure lazy. Should be fired.

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had. Ordered a pizza sub and a meatball sub. I'm not a local came over from the highway while passing thru. Ordered pizza sub with mozzarella, in the town I live in (Ky) We have Mozzarella, after placing all 3 of my pepperoni slices on the footlong bread she said if you're looking for Mozzarella we don't have it anymore. I chose America but literally ended up with a marinara sandwich. On the Meatball sub she said there isn't enough meatball to make another sandwich this late do you mind if I put it on yours? Husband said I guess so, but he was reluctant as we were driving. Then - she charges us for double meat!! . . I'll be reporting this one to corporate. Came next door to get gas and tossed the Marinara sub in the trash so the girls didn't get there feelings hurt since they acted confused about why I was upset!
