Such nice people that work and make the subs in this Subway. A male and female behind the counter. They were so friendly and welcoming. I wished we lived in this area so that we could visit this store and be greeted by such lovely people! They even surprised us with an extra cookie!!
The Thai chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious too. She made recommendations for toppings too and they were perfect!

Subways are all pretty similar. This one though had a nice young man working who was very pleasant and kind. He provided exceptional service and made my sandwich to perfection. I would eat here again.

I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after reading other reviews, I knew I wasnāt aloneand unfortunately, every word about this place is true. The employee I interacted with, Nikki (a middle-aged woman with red hair in a bun), matched the previous complaints exactly: rude, inattentive, and flat-out unprofessional.
She greeted me with a flat stare and didnāt say a single word throughout the entire interactionānot even a āhelloā or āwhat can I get you.ā When I tried to clarify part of my order, she just walked away mid-sentence to restock chips, then came back like nothing happened. She moved at a painfully slow pace, like she was trying to make a point, and acted irritated anytime I asked for a topping. The whole vibe felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer..
If this is the standard of service this location allows, itās no wonder people are fed up. Between ignored mobile orders, a useless drive-thru, and staff that seem to resent the customers, itās clear something needs to change. If I could give a zero i would. I genuinely hope management takes action starting with reevaluating Nikkiās position at this store!

Iāve never felt compelled to leave a negative review, but my experience at this location was really bad. The employee who helped me (a larger woman with red hair tied in a bun I think the name way āNikkiā) was outright rude and unprofessional. From the moment i approached the counter, she was glued to her phone, barely glancing up to take my order. When i asked a question about the bread options, she rolled her eyes and sighed like i had inconvenienced her.
Her attitude wasnāt the only issue. She handled ingredients sloppily dropping lettuce on the counter and still tossing it onto my turkey sub. The sandwich was a mess by the time she wrapped it. When I politely asked for a napkin, she said, Theyāre over there, pointing across the store without lifting a finger.
To top it off, she talked loudly with a coworker about her plans while ignoring the line of customers. The whole interaction left me feeling unwell . I get that everyone has bad days, but customer service shouldnāt be optional.
Avoid this location unless you enjoy overpriced disappointment and attitude with a side of red hair. Management needs to retrain staff or find employees who care.

Very friendly service, excellent food
I went in there for a quick lunch. The lady that made our sandwiches did them in less than 5 minutes, and she did 3 sandwiches!!! I paid around $60 for 3 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips, 1 bottle of soda, and 6 cookies!! I'd say a good experience overall

Had a roach on my sandwich
Had a roach in my food management nowhere the 2 kids working had no idea what to do. Good thing is we was going to eat there and not in our car or we would have eaten the bug š¤¢š¤® still waiting on my refund too.
Worst experience I've ever had with Subway, I placed a mobile order through the Subway App and was told my order had not arrived and I would not receive my items. It was obvious that it was either a Subway system error or a problem with the store, as the card transaction was already registered as pending. But the crew said it was our fault, which made us very uncomfortable. We might have been travelers with limited English skills, but the crew was very intolerant and unfriendly. This was reported to the company.

Made a mobile order, went to the drive thru and known already that they never answer it (in my opinion they should have a sign) so we went to the first window like usual just to be ignored for over 10 minutes. The two employees went past the window numerous times looking everywhere but at us
