“Great food and service. They were a little slow, but they were packed and everyone was running as hard as they good. Great experience overall. Food was great, drinks were good. Will definitely be back. Love the playground right outside. Kids can do their thing while the adults did our thing, and could still keep an eye on them. Great time!”

“Food was excellent. The barbecue pork steak was fall apart tender and delicious. The chicken tenders were very tasty, tender and just the right amount of crispy. Very friendly staff. If you're stopping through keansburg, Illinois on a Sunday before noon, you better get there early because it will all disappear. “I ordered to-go on April 7 2024 (thanks for being open for the eclipse!) and my family of four ate a fabulous meal for very reasonable prices. The stuffed portabello was amazing! Me and my wife shared a salad with chicken, tomato, bacon and lettuce and the chicken was flavorful and pulled apart easily with a plastic fork. So delicious!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with some easy options for kids.”

“I love to support small town businesses. At a local store I bought Christmas Sugar cookie and I bought Pepprmint something already ground up. Their packaging is great! The aroma smells the same every day, unlike what's packaged in a can. You can buy your coffee with whole beans as well. There's also an option to buy their coffee in capsules. Phillipstown Coffee has me hooked!”

“This is such a cute quaint restaurant. We ate brunch on a rainy Saturday in January. It was cold and dreary outdoors but inside it was warm and cozy and welcoming. Our service was excellent. Food was excellent and not your ordinary fare. The chef obviously has some knowledge and imagination. We enjoyed our meal and intend to come back again soon when passing through Indiana.”

“I’m gonna be straight up with you, I work at McDonald’s. Quarter pounders are cooked fresh. You do have to wait on it. We do apologize. We have never took in someone’s debit card and left them in the drive-through without it. That was a lie. And also we are very short staffed so if you do have to wait for your food, we do apologize. We are ALWAYS advertising for new employees. And as a McDonald’s employ, we are not authorized to give you a receipt you have to ask for them. Sorry. And for the person that had to wait 21 minutes for your mobile order, we can’t control if you ordered it at the wrong restaurant. We can’t control your phone. We can’t ensure that we got everything you asked for it that’s why we ask, “Is everything correct on your order?” So with that out of the way, please consider the fact that this is a local restaurant. Ran by people that live in this community. We all have to make a living and and let’s be good to one another! I’ve never had troubles out of this restaurant, even before I worked here. Y’all just want reason to complain and hate on something. Smh”
