VERY poor quality food. Paper plates. run down building. Dirty. WONT EVER GO BACK.
the restrooms are not cleaned very well,when I experience that substantial lack of care for customers who come to dine at ANY restaurant? in the long run customers will stop coming . that's my thoughts on dinning out at Chang's Restaurant.
