I really hate to give them one star because this used to be one of the BEST chinese buffets around.. I'm not sure if they got new management or stopped caring. The place needs a good deep clean, the floors and tables are always sticky. The food is never fresh nor stocked up. The waitress is always the same lady, she has worked there for years - she is super nice and very hard working - that's the only reason I gave the service a 5.

The buffet was absolutely in desperate need to be maintained properly! Was there at 12:15 p.m. and nothing was filled. The ice cream was freezer burnt.

Food was extra crunchy, under the lights too long, even the fortune cookies were stale. Egg rolls and spring rolls were good.

The food at Chang's hasn't changed in quality since it first opened years ago. It's still always consistently fresh and delicious. Thanks, Chang's.

Food here sucks its may 17 2023 at 633pm it says buffet but really its trash and it's old and dried out do not eat here you will not be satisfied by paying 14.00 dollars for no buffet
