Used to love coming here but ever since more highschoolers came, it has started to suck, its not the food, its the wait. Its almost like they dont know how to do there job, or it is there first day. They also make it so hard to file a complaint on the app so thats why I am here.

I was just there at 951 pm and they insisted on telling me they're closed. Even though their schedule says they close at 10pm.

Sat in drive thru line for 40 minutes after ordering 1 order of pretzel sticks. Too long of a wait for microwave food. Will not go back

The food was good as expected.
The dining room and bathrooms could use a deep clean.

Ordered a 6pc honey bbq basket and asked for my ranch outside the box because they cover it in bbq otherwise. They didn’t give me any ranch 🙄 , on top of that my toast was butter bread instead. I went back to get the ranch they didn’t give me and to ask for new toast to be told “we got a new toaster and that’s just how it is now” they was a little busy but no reason toast can’t be toasted. The meals already not the cheapest but now I’m paying for toast I can’t even eat because it’s bbq butter bread instead. Very disappointing.

I’ve seen some of the harsh reviews about our local Dairy Queen, especially regarding staffing and cleanliness, and while I understand that everyone’s experience is valid, mine has been quite different — and worth sharing.
Dairy Queen has become one of our go-to spots because of its genuinely family-friendly atmosphere. There’s something heartwarming about seeing kids laughing outside with cones in hand, little league teams celebrating a win, or college students catching up over Blizzards. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s part of our community.
Yes, it can get busy. And yes, sometimes an order isn’t perfect the first time. But every time we’ve had a mistake, the staff has handled it with grace, fixed the issue promptly, and offered a sincere apology. That kind of accountability and friendliness deserves praise, not nitpicking.
In a small town with limited options, Dairy Queen is more than just a fast-food stop — it’s a shared space where people gather. So maybe instead of focusing on a missed ketchup packet, we can celebrate the fact that this place gives our town a welcoming, fun, and familiar spot to enjoy a treat and connect with others.
Take a moment to slow down, say hello, and you’ll see — the folks working here truly do care and will go the extra mile to make things right.

Great customer service! Great food!
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the wait time.
Two of the employees were VERY loudly talking about political beliefs. The wording and conversation was very offensive and there were children present in the restaurant as well. Customers were very clearly uncomfortable by the unprofessionalism shown by these two employees.
