I don't get over here too often anymore but decided to today. My schedule allowed it. Ordered online and when I arrived my pizza was damaged either by the oven or the pan. They had to remake it so I had to wait. No problem with the finished product. I wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience. That would have been a nice apology but oh well.

I was trying to place an order online as the online deal was 50% off if you order online. My app repeatedly said there was an error and to contact the store directly. When the person working picked up the phone it already sounded chaotic. When I asked my question she yelled to someone else working. Then she told me “you’re gonna have to figure it out online we can’t see the online orders here”. I simply asked okay well the app states to call the store directly to solve my issue so why is it doing that. She became extremely unprofessional and appeared to yell at me on the phone. I hung up and went to another food establishment.

Paid for our order. Waited 40 minutes and they gave our order to someone else. Went to the store to pick it up and they realized they had made a mistake and were rude to me because they messed up. Didn't apologize and still tried to make me pay AGAIN for an order I already paid for. 45 minutes later, they made my order and still didn't apologize.

I've been getting their pizza for a while and lately they've been just about perfect! McKenna and Michael make the BEST pizza! It's always hot and made exactly the way I order it. On the rare occasion when it's been less than perfect, they've happily remade it and offered something to make up for it.
NOTE: They are almost always short on drivers, so if you want delivery, be prepared to wait for it...especially on weekends. I live around the corner from them, so I pick up my orders.

It was delicious as always the people are very nice and very welcoming. The man at the window was so nice. Although my cheese pizza was very burnt. I tried eating it but you could taste the burntness. Other than that it was good.

I ordered through Ubereats to be delivered to me at my truck at Loves truckstop only to be called by Dominos 2 hours later telling me they can’t deliver right to my truck that I would have to meet them at the building. I said absolutely not that’s why I added a good tip to my order and I was told that they aren’t allowed to deliver to the trucks. We truck drivers deserve better than this!! I could have went into the truckstop and got something to eat and not wait for 2 hours to be told that. I canceled my order. Absolutely ridiculous that drivers can’t be treated better than this.
What happened to the “extravaganza” and “deluxe”. I paid for specialty and it looks like a kiddie pizza. 99 percent bread! Maybe the truck is late or something and they ran out. I don’t know, what I do know is I just got ripped off! Just look!

I have consistently had a decline in quality of service and product. Tonight I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and it was overcooked, sparse toppings and definitely no extra cheese!!

Delicious, as usual. The app said my food was ready but when I went inside to get it, it was sitting at the edge of the oven. 4 young people working inside but only one knew what was going on. The 10 minute wait when I was the only customer inside (and my food was sitting there) was unacceptable.

Terrible workers. Called them to order, and got nothing but attitude from them. And they was suppose to put $20 under my number cause they messed up my order, the dude didn't actually do it like he said he did.
