Worst pizza, worst service, worst guarantee. Orfered online and it said 20 to 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, an employee who appeared strung out Said it would be 10 more minutes, then quickly changed the course and said 20 more minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back in and received my order. Pizza was cold, tots were burnt, and the garlic bread pieces were dry and bland. After inquiring with Domino's corporate sight about their guarantee, I was told the local franchise would contact me. Two weeks later, stolen contact. Inquired again with corporate and no response. This was my first taste and experience with Dominoes pizza . It was terrible pizza, the tots were a joke, and being served by someone clearly on drugs was the last straw. Guarantee..... only on the box as they don't back it up. I see why they must advertise so much......they just plain suck.

Lady taking order wasn't helping in placing my pizza order with minimal attention nor would she help to let me pay over the phone, as if she just did not want to be there and making getting normal service complicated. Pizza also seemed off on the way it tasted as I've eaten at several domino's nationwide before. Service and overall creating proper pizzas for customer satisfaction should greatly improve.

Let me firstly start off by saying this store has an amazing crew! They work extremely hard to provide the best service to customers even when we are a**holes to them. The new system they keep talking about for deliveries is a great concept, I just have to learn patience and know my food is always coming to me hot and as fast as they can get it to me. This place is better than casey’s pizza and joe’s pizza combined. Thank you guys for all your hard work. You deserve major respect points!

First let me say the pizza in almost always good which is why 3 star and not 1 Star.I waited over an hour to get my pizza started to be delivered. The delivery was fast and they guy was very nice and apologetic. I do not want to free pizza I do not want my money back, I am done ordering at night or even in the evening. When picking up the pizza at the store it is perfect every time, but they need to get more drivers. I’ve seen hiring signs I know they are shorthanded but maybe they should limit how many orders they can take if they have limited number of people

I placed an order for a chicken parmigiana sandwich. They said it would take 27-37 minutes. 15 minutes later it was done and they were doing a quality check on it. 45 minutes later I still did not receive it. I tried calling several times and was placed on hold 4 times. I still have not been able to talk to anyone nor have they even begun to deliver my order
